I thought you were candying the peels, but this marmalade also looks pretty good. The orange oil at the end caught me off guard! I thought the video ended, but then you brought back the zest from the beginning, and I realized I had completely forgotten about that!

It looks very interesting…unlike any Marmalade that I’ve ever come across. Just to avoid confusion- that which you refer to as ‘Peel’ is actually the ‘pith’ of the orange. The Peel would be complete with the zest that you grated off. // You presented an excellent video- Thank You 🙏

Yeah, I have never seen anyone use the PITH. Very interesting. Question: Did she specify what she did with the "orange oil"? She said it gave off a nice aroma, but I was unclear as to exactly what to use it for..... Absolutely nothing went to waste, and that is fantastic! Truly impressive. I would also be most interested in some of those "pastry" instructional videos showing how to use this orange marmalade.

Quando morei na Inglaterra meus amigos locais acharam estranho quando falei que marmelada, no Brasil, era feita com marmelo. Para eles é um doce que se faz com casca de laranja. Pesquisando depois eu descobri receitas iguais a sua, que usam a laranja para fazer marmelada, coisa incomum no Brasil. Marmelada por aqui sempre esteve associada à fruta do marmeleiro.
