The Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard or the Moscow Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is one of the oldest and most popular circuses in Moscow. It is also where the villian of this episode told us to go and ask for a job, because the "SADB" crew apparently reminded him of a bunch of clowns.

+Adrian The normal, sane people, who just back up, normally get very little airtime because it's just not interesting. Trust me, the majority of people do the right thing, never drive on the sidewalk in the first place, or they back up when confronted.

I love how most people know who you guys are and they smile about getting caught. It's great how you give everyone a warning before putting on the stickers. They think they're gonna save a few minutes by driving on the sidewalk and then they end up losing a lot of time by arguing.

+Unc Tyler You are probably right, but the fact that the rest of the world can observe uncensored, their stupidity will still help your cause.........Like many others,my pre-misjudged opinion of Russia and its values has taken on a new meaning....even with the apparent support of local police. Now, having already visited many other countries & and 75 + years of age one of my few remaning ambitions is to visit, and meet with the normal inhabitants of what in spite of what the western world may have heard, looks like a wonderful country with normal hardworking people who's company can still be enjoyed .
