What’s crazy for me following your channel over the years is how powerful Dr Doom is I never knew his actual power gage when I was younger I thought he was just a typical bad villian who wasn’t that powerful and just the standard villain for the Fantastic 4 but he’s shown power past omega mutants and has done battle with certain cosmic beings it’s mad.

The last twenty years has been a renaissance for Dr. Doom, as in the past he was beaten by people like Luke Cage by himself, over a small sum of money, or just neutralized by whomever’s comic he was in, and often the excuse or reasoning was “It was only a doombot…” A similar thing went on with Nick Fury for years, using LMD’s. Life Model Decoys One writer would have Doom easily trap Hulk, then put him to sleep, turning him back to Banner, but another writer would have Hulk just smashing through anything Doom throws at him, until teleporting away.

They are the FIRST family of comics… you have Hickman’s run with both FF and Secret Wars… their giving his Secret Wars storyline to Kang and it’s the next big thing ever… they’re about to make the fantastic 4 the greatest movie franchise known to mankind. Rob Galactus returned in Fantastic Four Reckoning War back in July, it was the FF event that happened just before Judgement Day. While not the best story line it continues on from the Empyre Fallout book and did give us certain things such as Galactus revival, Franklins powers being restored as well as learning that the known universe is only 10% of the actual universe and the other 90% has been locked away by the Watchers.

@@TubezThe1 if you watch the history of the marvel universe video that Rob did. When he talked about the reason behind the watchers only "watching" and not helping people anymore. The part that is walled of is the reason behind it. Basically the race they helped became war hungry and they blocked them to save the rest of the universe. Because they gave them watcher tech, they were not able to beat them completely. It was an ok event, worth the read if you want to know more about the watchers.

@@worldender9388 the event itself was probably on par with Judgement day as both were lacklustre but Reckoning War arguably has better ramifications for the future of the Marvel Universe than Judgement Day

So happy youtube introduced this channel to me. The only thing I would add is maybe tell who the artist are for the comics your talking about, like when I was introduced to comics in 1995 to the uncanny x-men it was a god send. But years later tryed getting into the ultimate x-men that animation doesn't even compare.

Skrulls that can use magic !? That sounds awesome !!! I love when Marvel introduces new villains, not so much "characters" , but villains, because I feel like a good villain is really great and sets up great stories. I hope that we all get brand new villains going down the road and throughout the years, like 2024 and so on throughout the 20 - Whatever. Something that I wish would happen is if a character, like... I can't remember the name, but like I believe that it was the origin of the Green Minotaur from Dr. Strange, like there was this space sourceror who took some enchanted artifacts from Dr. Strange, and he looked like some alien humanoid squid guy but with 3 tentacles on his face, and Dr. Doom ended up getting everything back, but I don't believe that that character was ever used again, if he was let me know, oh, also his name, if anyone finds out his name tell me that as well please, but anyway, I hope that character can come back and be a more relevant and prominent character.

Oh the faction of Skrull Mystics were actually introduced way back during secret invasion. They were said to have often been at odds with the science faction, but both were willing to work together to achieve the Skrull Queens goal of taking over the Earth (as foretold in the Skrull religion). The main job of the Mystics (during this event) was to aid in the process of copying the memories and esoteric powers (i.e., anything mystical or supernatural) of specific superheroes (magic users and monsters) onto the Skrull sleeper agent. They also created the mental shield to strengthen the conditioning of all their agents, which allowed the Skrulls to bypass Earth's telepaths and mages undetected. They were also briefly mentioned a few years ago, when Hulking basically became space King Arthur (ruler of the Unified Kree and Skrull Empires) and gained a magic space sword.
