What the video does not tell you, to get it to work you have to press the assistance button on the back 3 times in 1 second, then there is a 5 second delay (to allow you to cancel, by hitting the hang up button, if you really didn’t want to call). It spells it out in the full manual you can download. My father could not get it to work until we read and tried it that way.

They tell me at Consumer c. that they dont have Doro. But they advertise DORO every where They are peddling a phone no senior would want! which is next to impossible to use, Im 87. I did have Doro for 15 yrs until 3g. Dont know the MFg. but it just quit working> and no one to talk to.If your a senior DORO is great The Pc of S. there pushing , well Im very sorry... I will once again find Doro.
