Double Ka Meeta
Ingredients:-
Whole Bread - 1
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom- 3
Khoya - 1 tb spn
Dry Fruits - 2 tb spn
Ghee - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - for deep fry
Method :
Cut the bread as shown, deep fry the bread pieces in medium hot oil till golden brown. Now make sugar syrup and add cardamom pods. Add fried bread pieces to sugar syrup and bring it to a boil and switch off the flame. Now add dry fruits fried in Ghee and khoya serve it warm/chilled.
