In his statement he never says he didn’t know the age of the individual and just assumed because of X reason and then cut off contact as soon as he found out. Why wouldn’t he say something like that if he didn’t know? He clearly knew.. the defense of this dude is out of this world cope at this point. He straight up admitted it lmao

@@solodolo7161 He admitted to texting with a minor, texts that at times leaned towards being inappropiate. What is it that you think he admitted to? We have absolutely no clue what were written between the two. You can very much have inappropiate chats with someone, without it being you sexting the person. It could have been the minor advancing on him, and for whatever reason he did not cut her off. It could have been casual with hints of flirting from her side, and he did not cut her off for whatever reason. Bottom line is we have no clue.

@@fro3054to talking with a 17 year old inappropriately with no qualification as to if he knew the age or not. Why wouldn’t he include that info and leave it vague. Or why not just include chat logs if there wasn’t anything egregious. Like anything else. We HAVE to make assumptions based on his story. If you want to support this dude after his statement that’s on you but based on what he wrote it’s pretty clear he knew.

What a whole lot of nothing. Some twitch employee was creepin on a big streamers DMs and found some dumb conversations which they used to get rid of someone that they hated. If it was as bad as people making it out to then twitch would have handed it to the police and not had to pay out the contract. Doc getting ultra hosed, since he cant talk about any specifics, since that could cause him to have to pay back teh settlement payout to twitch. Doc best course of action should have just to have maintained, "I cant talk about it".

Just because you use dirty methods to get rid of people you don't like with dirt on them, doesn't make your actions just. You cannot hold just one side of an interaction accountable. The twitch side needs to be investigated too.
