Thank you sir for this video.I really like your books and i got benefits from your book.In India there is no importance for food technologists people know only IT, doctor and some more but food technology is not as important as medical sciences software engineering and all even in so many food industry people don't know the importance of food technologist.I feel soo bad for this.This video is really a respect for food technologists.Every food technologists should do this
