We take into consideration so many things for a good night sleep and one of those is what foods To Avoid before we hit the bed for sleep.Night time is used by outlr bodies and brain to repair itself but if we unknowingly give both a task like difficult and prolonged digesting of certain foods then that all important task of relaxation is surely compromised and that leads to a lot of problems for our healthso its importantto avoid certain foods like those rich in fibers which are very difficultto digest by our digestivesystem i.e spinach etc.

جزاک اللہ خیرا کثیرا فی الدارین آمین ثم آمین یا رب العالمین یا ذالجلال والإكرام ڈاکٹر صاحب کے مطابق یہ نہیں کھانی 1.ہرے پتوں والی سبزیاں، ساگ، آلو میتھی، پالک. سلاد، کچی سبزیاں،. انکی بجائے سوپ پی لیں. 2.سپراؤٹ نہیں کھانے رات کو. 3.دہی نہیں کھانا 4.رات کو اکثر پھل نہیں کھانے. کیلا، امرود، گرم پھل کھا سکتے ہیں تھوڑی مقدار میں. 5.سفید چنے، کالے چنے، قابلی چنے.. روٹی اور چاول اکٹھے نہ کھائیں. دال اور پنیر نہیں کھانے ھوتے
