Sir, I have surgically removed Gallbladder and I face severe ingestion. I face Vit B12 and Vit D deficiency due to which I am in severe problem of pain in my legs and some joints. I also take insuline. Please guide me

السلام و علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ ڈاکٹر صاحب میرے صرف دونوں پاؤں میں جلن کا احساس رہتا ھے 2,1 دفعہ معدہ میں تیزابیت گرمی پیدا ھو گئی L4،L5 کے نیچے کا نروس سسٹم بھی کمزور ھے۔جلن دن کو زیادہ اور رات کو قدر کم ھو جاتی ھے ان علامتوں سے کیا وٹامن بی 12 ھو گی اگر ھے میڈیسن میں سیپلمنٹ کیا لینا بہتر ھو گا رہنمائی ضرور فرمائیں

Laboratory report range 160-900 never show real value.... never seen bellow 200 values thefore Dr always says okay...but now nutritionsit insist to keep above 500 as normal..... better you Dr be educated on nutritionsit science.....
