Just googled this guy and his business. He actually has investors now and they're working towards making his dream come true. He's also suing TFL (Transport For London) for £47m as they broke 3 legal contracts with him and tried taking back the stations they sold to his company by force. He's actually winning right now lol

Peter has no idea how interesting a WWII tour can be for education. I personally went on a tour in the Netherlands to experience what it feels like to be a refugee. It was heartwrenching and also insightful, memorable. My friend said he felt more empathetic after it. One doesn't always want a carnival-type experience.

Guy comes across as so slick, gives impression that he is worth more than the dragons. That is why they asked his net worth. Putting all your investments into one project is super risky but it can also be a massive pay off.

As an American, when I visit London I would absolutely love to see this part British history. It kind of fascinating the battle of Britain and how the British people survived it. One thing I would recommend is having a pub at the entrance as well. That pub could also have $1 shots when the air alarm went off and the shots were in the underground area. Just a thought

These dragons aren't rich enough to be able to invest 2m just like that. Everything that glitters is not gold. 2 million is actually nothing. Look at how surprised they were when the guy said 2 m! A billionaire or multi millionaire should not be that surprised. What followed next was them looking for excuses not to invest.

Kilmainham Gaol (jail) in Dublin turns over millions per year from tourists visiting. Full of history and people are fascinated by it. It is one of our biggest tourist attractions here in Ireland.

Too many people use the word, ‘it’s horrible’ or ‘I feel sorry for...’ but they can’t imagine the magnitude of the experience so they need to go through itself. Reflect on the past and the present. It’s a shame what happened with Ajeet, he was shafted off the project and his case went to the high court which was dismissed. He also lost his wife in the process because she feared for her life, “as apparently people have going missing” over disputes like that.

These entrepreneurs have so much courage to leave high-paying jobs and put everything on the line. They're not all born having holiday resorts handed to them like Deborah Meaden was. Anybody can play with investments when it's money they've not earned themselves.

This really cool, intelligent, polite guy was ridiculed by a bunch of “know all “ wealthy people who probably had a bit of luck in their lives but never recognised the luck they had. Cynicism is not offered as a defence of the individual but an admiration of his determination .

I think it’s a fantastic idea and a fascinating piece of London history to commemorate. I’ve read a lot about the underground stations during the Blitz and there’s so much that generations can learn from it. The Dragons are just a touch too materialistic.

Have these so called Dragons ever been to London? Its packed full of tourists, tourists will happily pay more than £18 for the experience, to learn the history and culture and this is someone who went to see where Anne Frank's hid in Amsterdam. The downer is the lease, for £2 mil for an abandoned station is steep.

I think he did well with his presentation, the real issue was he was pitching a concept to individuals that wear both suspenders and belts at the same time.

dragons always play it safe so this is why as investors they’re pretty tame, they’re not that hip to the trends or market so they’re judgement is always old fashioned like you’d be surprised at what people would pay for and how well this business could do, a great pitch imo if you understand the events market enough
