Hello Dr Hui.You are an excellent Dr with natural remedies with no medicine with side effects.I had imbalance who is now 78 years and after following your valuable instructions I almost got rid of my imbalance after doing this for nearly 7 days .But I love to follow this further.Thank you dear Doctor 🎉❤

Yes please. More videos for feet and legs. At 59 I can really feel the weakness in my legs. Climbing stairs seem to be getting harder each time. Thanks for this video. I’ll practice this regularly. You’re the best Alex.

Thank you, Alex. Do you have anything for strengthening the ankles, specifically? I have notice in the last couple of years that my right foot is starting to turn so that I walk on the outside of my right foot. It is starting to become a little painful. Thank you so much.

Varicose veins: no; swollen ankles: possible heart problem. Please see a doctor.

No, just breathe normally and exhale when you slowly come down.
