isn't it wild that the frame at 16:44 is LITERALLY in sad-ist's final waltz? right before the battle begins, when the title appears, there's a shot of tommy and tubbo with their backs to the camera facing dream who has a jukebox just like this frame, and then it changes to them attacking dream in the disc saga finale. it really amazes me to think of how far we've come, how much happened and yet at the end it's still tommy and tubbo versus dream for the discs. it's poetic in its own way.

You know, I came back here for nostalgia. I never watched Dream SMP but my friends did, and they were fueled to introduce their own lore and rp in our server. I was confused about what they were talking about. I watched this and part 2, and I was also hyped. That kicked off the best year and a half of my life. Thank you Evan, for initating me.

This is an amazing job. I don’t know how to thank you for this. I can tell you put a great effort into sorting all the events through streaming and combining them with high quality remade. The entire thing is just amazing. It is narrated in an easy to understand and interesting way and also leaves all the details in. This really helps me catch up the whole story as you put in the title and is something I will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get to know about the plot and why they are so famous. This is just amazing. Thank you for this.

It's kinda weird. Because when you look at the early timeline of the origin and the l'manberg arc, most genocide isnt just Tommy wild genocide. He killed george a lot in the beginning... but the conflict really started with Ponk Alissa and Sapnap I think first... and Sapnap brought Tommy onto his side... and dream got involved and decided to punish Tommy by taking his disks, (which caused the next violence arc) rather than Sapnap Ponk and Alyssa too for choosing revenge and burning the tree... Then with the l'manberg... considering the smp was just supposed to be a community non violent server... it isnt a bad thing for people to want to be in groups. It's a bond. So Its kinda hypocritical to wage war on a group who wanted to do their own thing, and tried multiple times to settle without violence. When you look at it, even if they fought back because Alyssa was killed... Alyssa burned down their community first... I mean yeah it's a lot of Tommy... but I feel like it's on others for the situation rather than Tommy himself

The evolution of tommy was huge, the dreamsmp changed him a lot, in the start where he was just an annoying kid, killing and being a problem, he became one of the most important people of the server, evolving into one of the "good guys" One of the best characters developmente ever.

Thank you so much! It’s very hard for me to catch up with lore, because I’ve just recently joined the Dream SMP community four to five months ago, and I can never keep up. During summer, I got through a few streams, but they weren’t any lore streams, so, I didn’t really learn much more about the lore. Thank you again, please continue making these as the lore goes on. :D

I’m happy these videos of the Dsmp lore are created because I just got into the it. I’m to impatient watching all the streams that are like an hour long so watching these videos that are around 20 mins to an hour with all the lore is really nice.

@@atlasoceane7484 tysm!! I sometimes wish the streams were shorter but then it would leave out important info for the conflict. These videos are really good to summarize the lore but I always feel like there is stuff missing.

i think i’ll remember my dsmp phase forever. it was during a time of social isolation and it was all i had. i look back fondly and gratefully. i don’t watch most of the ccs, but i still actively watch ranboo and tommy.

remember that dream said that adding Tommy to the smp was one of his best decisions, he started so much of the story and still is one of the main characters. (no hate to other characters just love for Tommy :) )
