Always good to see an in depth look into a car. Watching them hoon round a track is all well and good, but its the details that I like. I want to see the underside and interiors and get a feel for what its like to operate the car.

Leo & Drive. Awesome video! Thank you for bringing this often overlooked perspective of customer cars and racing in general. It is fantastic to see how much effort goes into the production AND support of the R8's as well as how similar these LM Ultra cars are to their road-going siblings. While i did enjoy part 1 of this Quattro GMBH series, i much preferred the insight and 'behind-the-scenes' here at Audi Sport. Keep up the good work!

That was awesome! Great to see a big company producing race cars for Jo public and actually putting affordability on the table, well, as affordable as a GT race car can be. Great piece.

Its amazing how ignorant some of the people are that are commenting. "There wasn't any driving" "This was boring". Racing has two sides. The actual driving in the race, and the technical side of learning your car, how it works, and how to manage it. People never understand racings second side. They just think that racing is hoping in a car and going. If you dom't repect and learn both sides of racing you will never win. It's as simple as that.

I don't even think Audi thought they this car would win so many races and titles so quickly. It says a lot about the stock R8 that it shares so many parts.

Really well done. Thank you /DRIVE and thank you Leo. Would like to see a breakdown of initial cost and maintenance costs vs some other brands. How much to buy a different brand of similar meticulous detail or say buy a Vette and be able to replace parts much cheaper? This episode really lends itself to a follow up. Great show. I especially like the details on the underbody. Who knew a brand of that prestige would let their engineers be "uncool" and use some wood pieces for touch points underneath. Super simple and cost effective. Can I get it in English Ash or what?

You know, I'd be tempted to write these off as extended infomercials, and especially for a car that while well conceived, can you really say it is worth that much given what else is available? Given how much of the race car is in the street car, color me impressed.

Great show, but Leo - I may not know current style, but it seems to me your suit jacket would look much better on you if it didn't come as far down (and the lapels look a bit big on you as well). Very professional though, and I have a new-found respect for Audi that I never had seeing so many broken down mid--to-higher-mileage Audi's that no-one could fix back in the 1980's and 1990's.
