सर मुझे ३ साल से anxiety होती थी।आपके विडीओ देख कर और Practice करके मेरी anxiety १ महीने मै ७०% कम हो गई है.. और मै फिरसे अच्छा महसुस करने लगा हु!! सर तुम सच मै हमारे जैसे लोगो के भगवान हो!!🫡🫡🫡

@@maheshwarikole9657 Dr. Kanhaiya सर ने ३ साल पहले एक विडीओ अपलोड किया था (Stop negative thinking of panic disorder CBT - 4) का ईस विडीओ मे डॅाक्टर सर ने जैसे कॅालम बनाये है और उस मे जैसे लिखा हुआ है वेसे ही आप एक बुक मे सभी कॅालम बनाकर लिखि ऐ। आप येसे कॅालम बनाकर दिन मै चार बार लिखना है । सुबह / दोपहर / शाम / रात ऐसे चार टाईम लिखिए और बिच मे कभी भी आपको तकलीफ हुई तो उस समय भी आप को लिखना है। ऐसे ही हर रोज प्रॅक्टीस करो आप को सात आठ दिन मे ही ईस का फायदा दिखना चालु होगा !!

kuch krne ka jrurat nhi hai bash jyda sochna band kro , agr nhi hoh pata toh meditation kro ya nhi khud ko kam mai busy rkho or agar ye bhi na kar sako toh , toh ek baar mai ek hi kam kro but uspai pura focus do example khana khyo khane ke taste ko anubhav kro anand lo jab walk kro to pura dhyan walk pai do, or agr dar pai jeet hasil krna hai or apne vicharo pai toh ushko faced sikho like jb bhi dar ka thought tb turant bola ye vichar mujsai belong nhi krte mai fit huh healthy huh or bhut khush huh apne jeeven sai❤❤❤

कन्हैया सर को धन्यवाद मैं यूपी पुलिस में हूं गोरखपुर अपने चेस्ट दर्द में 5 लाख की दवा कराया था कोई आराम नहीं मिला था जांच में कुछ निकलता भी नहीं था चेस्ट में हमेशा दर्द रहता था आपके बताने से हमारा सब तबियत सही हो गया डॉक्टर साहब 100 साल से ऊपर जीने आपको बहुत बहुत बधाई

I was having on and off panic attack symptoms around which I decided to workout to take my mind off it and found your video. It immediately made me realize the biggest fear that triggers my anxiety is that I will never be fine again and you exactly talked about changing the mindset and it immediately motivated me and got me almost symptom free instantly which is magical. Its truly all in the head, I hope I get to see more of your videos dealing with the mental health issues and how to fight them hard

@Ahmad7farhan out if nowhere sitting in a doctor's waiting room, I started sweating, pain went from neck to overall head then I felt lack of oxygen and chest pain, the chest pain made me scared and it triggered into hyperventilation and I did not know how to control my breathing and what is happening to me. I went on and on and my hands and legs as well as mouth started going numb . Luckily the nurses and doctors gave me a brown bag to breathe , did my egg and told me u ur heart, BP and vitals are perfectly fine, ur just having a panic attack. Try to relax and breathe. And ever since I understood I am having panic attacks, I have a phobia to go anywhere with the fear that I will habe another panic attack and if there is no one around to save me, I might die.

@Ahmad7farhan no thought as far as I remember, it was really random but the chest pain definitely instilled fear of something worse and then it gave me the breathlessness

@@devkhatri6444 good to know u understood the game of brain😊. In reality it fools people and just play around. Its just the fear or a say a junk thought which people turns into fear by themselves by contemplating too much. The easiest solution is to understand is 'Thought is a Thought' khallas.....

मुझे भी एंजायटी है जिस वजह से मुझे डिप्रेशन हो गया काफी दिक्कत आने लगी फिर में शहर आ गया job के इंटरव्यू देने लगा अकेले घूमने लगा धीरे धीरे काफी अच्छा लगने लगा हमको overthinking से एंजायटी शुरू होती है उसके बाद हम अपनी इस मॉनसिक बीमारी की चिंता होती है माइल्ड एंजायटी में दवाई नही लेनी चाहिए CBT करो लोगो से बात शेयर करो धीरे धीरे ठीक हो जाता है मुझे पता चल गया इस से बाहर कैसे निकलना है बस हमको अपने माइंड की गुलामी नही करनी जो अच्छा लगें वो करो जिस जगह जाने में डर लगे वहां जाओ धीरे धीरे आपका दिमाग खुद आपको मोटिवेशन देने लगेगा

Identify the root cause, give it time to heal, if no improvement or worsening condition take medical help. In my case it was my lifestyle, had changed my lifestyle and quit the bad decisions from life, took medical supervision but hate taking prescribed meds cause i knew the root cause and want to recover naturally. It took 2 years to feel normal again and 5 years to feel happy worry free..❤
