Yes!! When I was a child, there was a local DARE program who taught some things readily available to us can be considered a drug, sugar & caffeine were in the same book of drugs… but now they are not in the new books anymore, sadly.

Thank youu Dr Livingood! Your teaching/ information has literally saved my life! 400# to 120# in 14 months 😁 Off of 42 medications, many were multiple times a day. Weaning off of an indwelling morphine pump that I have had implanted since 2008. Type 2 Diabetes completely reversed! I am a living testament to the Science you teach as well as God's Grace and healing 💝

I really don’t want or crave the sugars.. I eat the perimeter of the store. I’ve picked up in my walking. I’m struggling something awful with losing weight though, I need to lose 40 lbs. Yes, I’m ashamed. It was just 5 yrs ago I would walk/jog 5 miles a day. One of my horses injured me. I’m better now, but struggling with my weight. I’m 51, I take no medicine’s at all. I take vitamins and herbs. What can I do? I’m ready to be a 100% healthy… Thank you Dr for all you do! Your a blessing to me. Sheri

One of the things Dr. livingood talks in his book about is adding more healthy fats to your diet for weight loss and of course getting more exercise , i am not trying to lose weight but have been adding more fat, healthy foods and cut out added sugar and also with my job of cleaning 5-6 houses a day I am losing weight, I am going to have to eat more, but I really think it has to do with the added fat

I remember when splenda came out and was touted as a better alternative to nutrasweet and saccharine and now those are not healthy because of causing side effects and still performing like sugar,I am having a cautious feeling toward the new sugar alternatives monk fruit stevia and erythritol,however Im proud to say I ditched sugar 7 months ago and neuropathy almost completely gone. I eat fruit at almost every meal and eat more vegetables plus do intermittent fasting,added moringa and omega turmeric and Im feeling very good,just cant get off those meds very long,like after 2 days off them sugar and bp go up.

I tend to eat Blueberrys , Strawberries, Rasberries ect. When I get cravings. But my sugars have been high lately., My bad thing is Potatoes and Sometimes rice. This converts to sugar. I was diagnosed in 2020.

The advertisers target what they know about you to show you stuff they know you like. I've been following DLG for so long now, that the ads that come up to show me are his ads! I am in the DLG Lifestyle and making great progress in my health! I don't mind seeing DLGs ads! 😊

I'd say that the C19 injections are highly suspect concerning heart disease as well - myocarditis and pericarditis are off the charts since the rollout of the jabs

Thank you for the encouragement. I'm seriously addicted to sugar. Brain goes nuts within 10 minutes. When I'm free of it I'm great but only a cookie sent me into "ravaging crazy" and took months to get back off with help with some withdrawal plans and Accountability. Serious addictive drug.

Appreciate the video! Will be sharing. I do wonder if you meant glucose in comments you made about 2-4 mins in, when you said fructose. While I realize they both matter, it seems the use of the word fructose in those comments was perhaps not what you intended? Thanks!!

He is correctly using fructose. In excess, it creates the same issues as glucose.

I went sz 12/14 to sz 6 in 2020 still the same. I gave up tropical fruits only berries, avos, grn apples and kiwi no Grains especially rice, tortillas and bread. So right

My MIL likes to add sugar to deviled eggs! She even told me “you can’t taste it!” 🤨 I said why add it then??? Pfft.

What about someone that does drink too much soda, but doesn’t have any of these symptoms? I have done intermittent fasting and slim…. Skinny/fast person? Disease hiding? Familiar with Type 1 as daughter has it…pretty healthy myself. I may have the thirst and dry skin. Best way to get off the soda….have 3 cokes a day…? Is excess phlegm a symptom?
