My doctor actually pu time on D3 and K2 together. I don’t get enough from sun since I am dealing with too many autoimmune issues - slowly getting them under control. But the D3 and K2 helped me get out of osteopenia! Much to my other doctors surprise that the osteopenia resolved! And has remained resolved and no I don’t take calcium except from foods! Calcium supplements don’t work for me - or most people! But loved seeing this for an affirmation of why I am taking it. I take 10,000 units D3 daily - occasionally 15,000 and I am still below 50 on my blood work - but I am up from 15! Thank you for this sharing!

@@TriTr-gk8bo drop to at least 5000IU Magnesium is key to activate vitamin D to feel it's benefits . Vitamin D with K2 MK7 variant mornings with breakfast something fatty ideally like extra virgin olive oil teaspoon to help with absorbing. Magnesium later in the day or night otherwise it can block K2. Magnesium helps with sleep too and most like vitamin D are deficient . Magnesium gylycinate is excellent or taurate or citric for help with gut movement. Best wishes

This was so very helpful, and I am really glad that I discovered your channel. I have been taking Vitamin K2/MK7 for a couple of years, but it was only few months ago that I added Vitamin D3 and just recently added Magnesium. After watching some of your recent videos, I have decided to begin taking vitamins A and E. I have been doing a lot of "homework" regarding the vitamins and minerals related to helping those of us with valvular heart disease. Is there a formula of how much a person should take of each specific vitamin, etc. in order to properly balance all of the dosages so that they work well together? I do not want to take too much, nor do I wish to short-change myself by taking too little. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

Many Thxs from California for this valuable info and All you do to help us be informed!❤️ Please know from my research one’s vitamin D3 levels need to be tested 3-4X’s a year. Why, because it takes a long time to replenish low level reserves in our bodies after warding off a virus or viral infection! In the meantime if another bug comes along and we are waiting a year for testing we then also have to wait until our reserves are replenished before our bodies are fortified enough to fight off another round of bugs etc. Their is a fast way to get D3 into the body in just a matter of hrs but 1) it is used only in this country for animals and 2) not sold over the counter. Dr John Campbell, out of England, has had a couple at least interviews with front line doctors on the subject of Vitamin D3 uptake in the body etc. Keep on on keeping On Dr Livinggood! 👍🏼🌹🙏🏽🌹

@DrLivingood Darn. I take D3 and K2 with my first meal of the day (I intermittent fast every day and don't eat until around 2 p.m.) and I take magnesium around 7 pm with my last meal. Guess I need to change my routine. However, you're now saying D3 could take away my magnesium. That tells me I shouldn't take them together. Ugh! So confused now. Maybe I'll take a small amount of magnesium with my Vit D, and since my Vit D will override my magnesium, I'll take the bulk of my magnesium later in the day, as usual.

As someone who finally suplimented D3 originally with Magnesium back in the day and finally got brave enough to go all high potency of D3 with K2 (menakinon 7) and Magnesium glycate .. plus on and off with a iodine/ "thyrobalance" multi mineral - vitamin and filled in the gaps.. with K2 & Magnesium... Early January 2023 blood test with optimal levels vitamin D middle of the skating season. Excellent blood fat composition & hemoglobin as well as A1C levels. But I did the research and became my own test subject. I went off of D last summer thinking it was possible to get enough sun but the levels dropped dramatically and caught a cold after being cold free all winter. The sunlight will regulate your D levels with proper nutrition, supposedly, but I am cautious.

2 Questions about the magnesium supplement you sell: 1. Why is the first ingredient 'magnesium oxide'?? According all the scientific studies, the oxide form absorbs only for a lousy 4 percent. 2. Why don't you specify what percentage the other forms in the capsule are, such as malate, bisglycinate etc? This way it is impossible to determine how much magnesium you actually absorb?

Ok. So, IS Vit. D a mix of Ds in it? Magnesium is it a mix of Mags in it? I quit taking vitamins 5 years ago, because I couldn't trust I was getting real healthy things in them. How do I know yours are the icing I should trust? I have your book, received it May 28, '24. I WANT TO BE HEALTHY!!!!! IF all your products have this amount of supplements and that one does too, IS there a chance of overload? When is too much vitamins to much?????

Question: Can you take magnesium at a different time of the day? I take D3 K2 zinc in the morning, I also take a little more K2 in the afternoon, then Magnesium L Threonate before bed. I’ve also heard stories recently about bad ingredients in D3. Thankfully I take my D3 K2 with coconut milk (from can) in espresso in the morning with the MCT oil, hopefully that’s enough fat required. Ohh, I do get headaches a lot, maybe I change the timing

If you weigh 150 lbs and your child weighs 75 lbs then you would give them 1/2 the dosage that you take. To soak your feet in Magnesium, you will want to find an Epsom salt mix that is 100% magnesium sulfate. The best thing to do is follow the directions on the back of the packaging of whatever brand of Epsom salt you decide to purchase. Fill the tub with warm water until your feet are submerged and then add about one-half to three-quarters of a cup of Epsom salts to the bath and soak your feet. The optimal foot soak will last for 15-30 minutes. This can be completed twice weekly. 🙂 - LGD Team
