I got my drivers license renewed last week. The lady took my picture and then she had a side by side of my pic from now to my pic from 4 years ago. She said “wow, you look younger than you did 4 years ago ! What’s your secret ?” I told her I quit sugar. That’s it.

Wow just got mine taken. Worst picture ever not only because of messy hair and smeared make up but every single wrinkle I have was accentuated. Ugh! Have to hydrate more. I do tumeric everyday. Cucumbers. I do cleanses. Frustrating.

I was born on a tropical weather Curcummins and fishes are part of our daily cuisine we mostly didn’t miss it at any day because we cook as curry sour soup with grinded curcummins and sauces and herbs with grills fishes. Indeed my mother has fully hair beautiful skin barely no aging spot etc.. I’m 50 years old as well and healthy no need meds only healthy diet with lots of green vegetables. 😊🙏💝

I have done food combining for years and I find that it really pays off. I am 71 and most people think I am younger. I play the piano at a church that has many people that are aging and we have had 5 deaths in about 4 months. One was a young man of 37 that had a heart attack. I see how people eat at the church dinners and it's not hard to understand.

The last 5 obits in our local funeral home were ages 37- 58 ! And 3 of them looked older than me and I’m 58 ! 😮 The last church pot luck I went to, the dessert table was bigger than the other tables. Hmmm. It’s a wonder pastors don’t preach on on the sins of gluttony. Because that sun you can see on people. Still. It’s a sin. Mentioned more in the Bible than any other sim. 😮

I looked up, "What did Jesus eat?" He ate fish and vegetables . Probably Salman. What was good for him is good for us. In the new testament, it says " Everything in moderation," and your to bless your food before you eat it. But some people don't have that simple believing in doing that. I remember when I was a kid, food was food. Not all these chemicals. So I'm thankful to you for giving us making food simple.

So what exactly is meant by "blessing" the food? We always thank God for the food, but I've often wondered if that is the same thing. Would love to know what your understanding of that is.

To believe God to bless your food, your acknowledging him to protect you from any bad things you may be consuming. It's just profitable to live according to the Word of God. If you want the chapter and verse, I will look it up a little later? I have alot to do today. Ok?

I eat small fatty fish, shrimps, scallops, crab, lobster weekly, small fatty fish are daily. Wild caught livers. Meats: grass fed lambs, chicken, duck, beef, pork, turkey, livers, heart ( twice per week) alternating. Pasture raised eggs daily, cheese ( from A2 cow, sheep or goat milk). I have a clean diet, 80%animal-based and 20% plant-based. I’m 57, I feel amazing. Herbs and roots: wild yam, turmeric, Ashwagondha, ginseng root, garlic, curcumin, saw palmetto, Chlorella, sea kelp, green banana flour, bamboo leave extract, saffron extract, red onion etc daily.😊

This was so good to hear! 62 years old and I do intermittent fasting plus take a supplement with Fish oil, Turmeric, Co-enzyme Q10, and Garlic in one. So I’ll keep doing what I’m doing!

Wow the food processing!! I followed Suzanne Sommers program wayyy back when. Meal combing really works. Veggies&Carbs or Proteins&Veggies never consume protein and carbs in the same meal. ❤ Thanks!!

@@Desertflower743It’s true. There’s only 3 categories of food: Fat, Protein, Carb. Vegetables are carbs. And they are essential for health. It’s the grain carbs that are bad as they are usually processed into a frankenfood. Hardly anyone eats unrefined grain carbs. I don’t.

I so appreciate your explanations! DLG Omegas and Turmeric was my first of supplements I subscribed to I was so thrilled to find on your supp line! I have not taken ANY over the counter painkillers in at least 7 years as I have taken natural curcumin for any aches or pains (IF I needed to) but very seldom ! I needed the omegas as well, since taking your Omegas and Turmeric all my lower leg blotchy spots seem to be disappearing and I have an overall wellness/organ clean up!

I space my meals 4-6 hrs in between and twice per week 18:6 IF. 24 hr fasting once per month, 72 hr fasting once per year

What are your thoughts on reports that most fish oil is already rancid when it hits the store shelves? Also I use a lot of flax seeds and chia seeds in my foods so is that equivalent to the fish oil? Tia!

Do some daily exercises called nerve flossing..simple takes 2 mins per day. Also eat pumpkin seeds and some sunflower seeds . Very low sugar as much as possible. Enjoy it occasionally but not weekly . There are excellent nerve Drs on KZfaq. 💚

I ordered your Tumeric capsules, just to big for me to swallow (it's an anxiety thing with large pills/capsules.) I then tried to open and squeeze contents out, let's just say that was a definite no go. Unfortunately for me I'm missing out on the healthy benefits :(

Fibre is a fallacy. We don't need as much fibre as we've been led to believe. In fact, it can be our enemy. Check out some of the carnivore doctors on you tube ie Dr Ken Berry, Anthony Chaffee.

So why do you have in your disclaimer below- to not make any changes until you discuss with your physician or health care provider. When you know we’ll that Most Drs don’t know crap about healthy food or vitamins ect. That’s why a lot are still sick or worse from all the RXs their taking?

Probably for reasons of allergies and reactions to what people are taking prescription wise . These things can be done in addition to health care as suggested by Dr. Often making it unnecessary to continue meds. Happens all the time in DLG group.
