Because not all the patients get operated by modern techniques of hip replacement so This video is for patients who got their surgery done by conventional techniques. it will tell u about how to get back to normal life after a conventional Hip Replacement. By observing these precautions, you can get a good outcome out from the surgery (THA or THR) even if its done by traditional methods. This video is in hindi with "ENGLISH SUBTITLES" for the benefit of the larger audience.

Rashmi ji... sometimes patients experience knee pain after hip surgery which is due to the position of the knee at the time of hip surgery .. it usually settles down in 4-6 weeks at the most .. you can give her cold Packs at the knee and ankle where she has pain For more you can contact us on. This is very very informative and useful video. Our hospital didnt care to give such info after my mother's hip replacement surgery. Thank you Dr. Walecha. Also please guide me as my mother's left shoulder is broken and can not be operated due to her 82 years of age and weak heart. Her left hip replacement done. Sir left leg ka replacement hua ho to left leg par kb jor dekar chalna chahiye. Qki docter ne mana kiya h abhi ki leg par jor nahi lgana. Abhi ek hi per pr jor lgana h or dusri leg ka panja touch krna h or sara jor hatho pr lgana h. Walker k sahare. Pls tell me sir

AVN may happen because of your injury to hip & thigh at that time...if your fracture has healed well then the nail can usually be removed after 1.5 to 2 years. we need to see you clinically & xrays also to Give final opinion
