So true, you feel anxiety and tension at first when you start meditation but then gradually it keeps decreasing and you can feel it not just during meditating but also after meditation when you are out somewhere.it has lot of advantages like reducing stress, increasing concentration, strength,overall best.

Sir I had contacted COVID on 15april and recovered by 30 April. It was a mild symptoms and had lost smell also but for last two days I am feeling light heaviness and light cough.

i do breath holding exercise. inhale deep hold for 45 seconds. exhale then hold for 45 seconds, is that bad? I do it for half an hour. do reply sir

Sir hm to 25 second hi rok pa rhe hai 20 day pahle Corona ke simtemes tha but ab nhi hai thona sukhi khasi kabhi kabhi AA jata hai baki koi dikkat nhi hai khana bhi kha rhe biknes bhi nhi hai Kya covid negative hoga??

Can deep breathing revive the damaged optic nerve which leads to loss of vision (Glaucoma). Medical science says it can't be revived.

Sir mai daily practice korta hu. Holding time 2.5 minutes. Asani se.kavi kavi 3 se 4 minutes vi hota hai. Taklif hoti hai but kom. Kya ea achcha hai.

Yes Generally we should not do more than 30 second. Once in a while it may be ok... But don't do on regular basis.

Sir, I (male aged 38 years) am from Bangladesh. I am covid+ about 7 days. When I am lying on bed sometimes my oxygen saturation level drops to 94, 93 but at sitting condition it remains ok around 96 to 99. And I can hold my breath up to atleast 70 to 75 seconds. My temperature remains persistent around 100 - 101.5 displayed at thermometer despite taking paracetamol. Sir, am I under risky situation by any mean? And your valuable suggestion please. Waiting eagerly for your reply.

2:16 is my max record. Try to hold breath after doing pranayam, you will see the difference.

When I used to do swimming I practiced and used to hold my breath till 150 seconds or 140 seconds and more

@@ankur1472 thank you sir.but it is possible because of my regular breathing exercise.never-ever do Force your body to stretch it longer if your body didn't allow this as it could be risky.Kabhi bhi jabardasti saans rokne ki koshish naa Kare agar aapki body allow Nahi kar rahi kuiki aisa karne se aap behosh bhi ho sakte he aur bp high ho Sakta he.aur jinko BP ki already problem rehti he unko heart attack bhi aa Sakta he isliye dheere-dheere practice kare jitna ho paye utna theek he.kiuki starting me ek bar me behosh ho Gaya tha 1 and half year pehle.

Full exhale no warm up breaths hold 2 minutes. C02 builds up. SpO2 drops to 70%. Hrv rises to 100ms.

Sir saas 55 sec tak rok pa raha hu. Lekin chalne par dil ki dhadkan badhne lagti h. 20 din pahle saas lene me 10 dino tak dikkat hui thi.ab saas lene me dikkat nahi ho rahi.

Vai mera v aisa hua hei..27 april se aide hua he pranayam karo thik hota he..mera kalse thora kam hua sans ka problem..saan rok pata hu lekin yawning aur muh se saas lena par raha tha kal se thora heart beat alag raha he aaj thora normal he lekin report negative he

Any normal day near about 2 minutes, and my best is 3:16 , when i done my best i feel like low on oxygen in body and not feel good on breathing for hours. So i normally do near about 2 minutes 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
