Would you use push piers or helical piers? Or do you prefer another system entirely?

Dry Guys Foundation Repair & Waterproofing : King Piers LLC, tears out push piers, helical piers and cable lock concrete piers. It’s our opinion that helical and push piers are a total waste of money.

@@StrengthandPowerUnderControl literally nowhere on your page do you describe what type of piers you install or how they are different/superior to helical/push piers in any way

Bobby Whitus, check out our videos on KZfaq or Facebook. The King Pier is totally different than all helical type pier systems. We have 5 King Piers. King Pier I, II, III & IV. King Piers LLC is the only pier that GUARANTEES, to lift the sunken footing back to level, no matter how big a lift, to do so. We’ve tore our every helical type pier being sold. The King Pier System Guarantees to lift any sinking Building, Structure or home back to level. No other pier system can lift and keep level & stable permanently!

So what about the void you now have below the footings and slab if you have one?

Does any know how this "moving your house back to its original position" affects the windows, any stonework you have in the house like marble or granite, or even the pipes sitting underneath the house?

Yes it does affect these things but in a positive way. When the house settles, windows and doors stop working, pipes get bent, etc. Moving the house to where it needs to be puts a lot of relief on these areas.

Will this level the floor for the interior ?

It has the ability to. We can never 100% guarantee that the house will return to its original position because that really depends on how deep we have to go into the ground until hitting stable soil and how delicate the situation is (moving the house too much too fast can be worse). We definitely have been able to fix a lot of homes with this issue though.

Can this work if I do not have a footer? My house only has one layer of block under the soil with some rocks under it. I lifted the house on one side of the house, dug down, poured a new footer and rebuilt the block wall. I do not want to do that again.

Hi Zac, that's a good question! The push pier system does require a footer in order to mount it correctly. We can put in a new footer ourselves if need be, so if you're in our area and you call us it is not something you would have to worry about doing yourself. If you try to install a push pier system without a footer, the pressure distribution will be different and it can cause the floor of your foundation to crack. It's simply not structurally sound to do it without a footer.
