Thanks for your videos man! Much appreciated. If you can find the time to give some insight, I'm having some problems with my 95 bluebird, DT408. Hard knock in what sounds to be cylinder 4. Pulled the valve cover but didnt see anything obvious. Also cracked each injector line while running with no change in the knock. Not sure what it is or how to diagnose it. Im considering rebuilding it myself, but cant make that call until i tear into in more or at least consult someone who works on busses. Reliable info is hard to come by in my neck of the woods. Thanks again either way Joe!

sir good morning I have old dt466 nobegr That is having high coolant pressure We put new radiator new oil cooler, and still very high pressure . Lot coolant get almost to top. We did engine rebuilt 2 years ago has 270 miles

i'm having the same issue with my DT466E. Engine was rebuilt 3 years ago with a new cylinder head. I'm experiencing high coolant pressure. Let me know if you have solved this problem. Thanks.

Hey I’m looking for the video where you show the follower in cylinder 2 damaged. If you posted a video of the damage it caused the camshaft I can’t find it. Did the customer replace the camshaft or was the damage too big to repair?
