Worst transmission I’ve ever owned and come to find out it’s not an Allison. It’s a GM transmission badged with the Allison name. Don’t buy one. Mine is under warranty and the dealer won’t fix it.

I have a 2012 durastar 4300 with a dt466e that I've turned into a camper and im having to add coolant every few hundred miles, no leaks on the ground or mixing with the engine oil, suspecting EGR cooler? So you raised the engine? How did you do that? I was wondering if there was something else going on when i seen you take off the engine mount. Im about to take on this job myself here timing chain kit just arrived. I have never done this kind of a job on the car but i have no choice. If there are any tips or tricks you can give me that would be great! Same car. Im nervous about taking off the engine mount. Do i just use a floor jack for the engine?

What is that piece of metal sticking out under the cam cover right by the engine mount? Is that the head gasket? My car has that too and I thought it means I need a new head gasket...

Thanks for the video I will be doing the same thing in my 77 c20 along with the steering components. I bought all new control arms and steering components instead of having to deal with it the way you done I’m lazy .

Hey I’m looking for the video where you show the follower in cylinder 2 damaged. If you posted a video of the damage it caused the camshaft I can’t find it. Did the customer replace the camshaft or was the damage too big to repair?

Greetings, great video! I have the same ac unit and the blower motors were working fine but all of a suffer went to 1/2 operation. 2 fans and not 4 working . After about 20 hrs all the fans stopped working . Searching for the wiring diagram for the unit are scarce. My question is , is there any resistors(blower) in the inside unit that can cause the fans to be inop?

I have a 09 max force dt thats runs great at idle but take it up the road or an incline it does out from low fuel pressure replaced injector seal/low pressure valve/pressure regulator/fuel tank /filters / everything but the fuel pump and it does the same exact thing every time it’s also have dpf delete but ran fine after until I got bad fuel in the tank algae in the diesel I pumped

I didn’t see any hose clamps go back on one of the carbs

Hello. There is a plug at the rear of block right beneath the egr water return. It’s a little cap plug. Need the part number for it please. Thanks DT466e 2005

hey joe, dt530 the harness im having problems with feeds the icp camshaft sensor and runs to the ecm. so the wire that goes to the camshaft sensor which other sensor does the other two wires feed. ac shredded ripped off the airline feeding the fan clutch and ripped the two sensors off the harnesses so im trying to figure out what the other two wires go too.. thank you

What was the solution to get that code inactive ,,, 1-clean the turbo or 2-replaced the turbo solenoid valve. I have the code and I can’t get inactive so I need to do maf calibration, truck is workin ok but has triangle on … I’m confuse where is exactly the tc1top sensor because a solenoid is an actuador not a sensor.
