@@krishnacgurram no. It still shows April delivery but dealer has no date. They got a very highly optioned XDiavel 2019 White with 181 miles and are asking $31,999. Check it out at Ducati Detroit - it has caught my eye.

Clutch Slave Cylinder!!!! OMG, thank you soooo much, I didn't know this existed. I ordered one today from Ducabike and it's being delivered tomorrow!

You'll love it! There's a little rubber spacer ring on the back, take it off your brembo and put it on the ducabike slave. Lube the seal and push rod with synthetic caliper grease. I put a little green loctite on the three bolts.

Fully agree with the windscreen recommendation. I don't get any significant neck fatigue even after several hours of highway speed riding. The clutch slave cylinder add-on would be sweet. Going to look into that.

Great video on upgrades. I'm going to use it as a blueprint for my 1260S which I ordered from my local dealer Moto Forza in Escondido. Should have the bike in a week or so. Like you I sold my V4S due to ergonomics and unlike you I'm 68 y/o so it was necessary. Still canyon carving with the best of them. Appreciate your sharing the upgrades, rare to find someone who is willing to share let alone someone who reflects like tastes in accessories. Thanks man, I look forward to upcoming videos.

Hey there love the video! I bought this exact bike on Saturday! I hate that California doesn’t offer the dealership tuning of the bike for the Termignoni exhaust so I have to settle for the Arrow system and hope to god my mechanic buddy knows what he’s doing on the dyno. Anyways I like your style and this vid gave me great ideas for what I will do next (if Cali lets me) 😢. If you know of any work around for me to have that bad ass exhaust, please let me know. The only gripe I have about the bike is the tiny space I have to fit my fat fingers into the ignition area.

I've discovered a tiny dent on my Termignoni exhaust, left side where the kickstand has vibrated against the polished end surround strip. There's a small rubber pad that holds the stand away from the exhaust when up but it's only a 2mm gap. Do you have this problem?

Yes, it's worth it. The brembo brakes, ohlins suspension, quick shifter etc. It would cost a lot more to buy these upgraded parts separately. You won't regret it. I use the quick shifter 98% of the time when down shifting, not so much for up shifting. The Ohlins suspension is so nice. The brakes are the best you can put on a bike except for moto gp racing brakes, but those are over kill.

Have you considered or researched running power to a phone mounted on the handlebars (i.e. quad lock mount)? Any ideas for running a usb power cable from the battery to near the dash?

i actually have a USB cable run from under the seat in my Monster 1200S routed up to the front to a RAM mount for my phone. It's even got a weather resistant cap on the lightning cable end of it. Works like a champ and havn't had any problems with it.

Never had any issues, users that have problems are probably mismatching front and rear sprockets, under or over sizing and even mismatching the chain. This will cause damage.

Great for you not have these Euro sound regulations and police with noisemeters.. want Termi so badly.. yet Zard has anounced homologated version with removable DB killers to come! Looks and sounds great, but around 1k$ more expensive than Termi.. :(

Hi. I have a few questions for ya. The sprocket you linked to Revzilla looks different than the one in the video. The linked sprocket also doesn't cover the newer model year Diavels. Is the link accurate? Also, the only sprocket that is covering the newer Diavels on the Supersprox website is the Edge sprockets with the colored discs. I just want to make sure of what you used and that stock sprocket carriers are going to work. Did you replace the front sprocket as well? If so, what did you use there? Thanks for your help!

Check ur stock Sprocket it has numbers on it, just make sure the replacement has the same numbers 525 43T

The battery has been rock solid! I water proofed it, and when I wash my bike, I'm more careful about where I'm spraying the water to avoid shorting anything.

Great vid. Thanks for sharing this info, coming from a prospective buyer. Had you checked out the Puig Touring Windscreen as compared to this OEM one? The Puig seems a bit larger and is adjustable. Seems highly rated by owners with them. Also, ever consider adding the touring package (with the panniers) to this setup? Do you ever travel or need luggage with your bike?

Puig is legit, it's bigger, more aggressive angle, sheds more wind. My friend has one on his Diavel.

@@hoodooguru5217 I rode 1200 miles last week into AK Ozark Mountains and Missouri. After 70 miles your ass will hurt very bad. Order up a Corbin seat. I got back from the trip and ordered one. Should have it in a few weeks.

Have yet to own a Ducati so looking to make the best single bike garage acquisition soon. Multi or Diavel… two very different but very compelling choices to me… seeking any & all experienced opinions for both

@@hoodooguru5217 the 1260S is pretty badass.. think about it. The MS with the V4 doesn't need valve adjust for like 30 or 40k miles, so that's nice, but it doesn't ride as nice or look as good as the Diavel. Next year the Diavel will have the V4 engine too...I might upgrade.

Have you calculated what's the hp and torque increase gained from the termi and the filter and what is the overall weight saved from the termi and battery? Thanks man! Ride Safely!

@Curse The Sky 41 degree max lean angle, use duacti app sync over Bluetooth to check ur max lean angle when riding. Insane torque at 2500rpm and above. Handles very well. Keep your feet inside the pegs when hitting the curves otherwise your boots will hit way before the pegs... performance upgrades get you about 15 to 20 extra hp, roughly same torque. When hitting the turns tighten up the rear shock both knobs. Fronts are fine. When cruising losen the rear for comfort. The battery shaves weight but the #1 benefit is no trickle charge required, plus the battery saver feature.

About $4k I think... Ducati stuff is all expensive because it's all low volume production. Not that many units being sold in general.

How is the wind noise with or without the windscreen? The reason I'm asking is that I bought the Puig touring windscreen, and there is no pressure to the chest, and it's effortless to ride on the highway. The problem is the wind noise. It's so loud that it becomes really uncomfortable. I wonder if there is any additional wind noise with the Ducati windscreen. Cheers from the UK.

Wind noise is the same, even on my V4S it's the same. I wear ear plugs when on the freeway. Try it, it's like riding in a BMW car, quiet and peaceful.

Do you have the Sprint Airfilter part number or where you purchased the filter from? I’m having trouble finding a filter for my 2019 1260s. I have the full exhaust already.

@@TrickMasterPC awesome. Very much appreciated. I had a V4s also; I didn’t put the akraprovich system on it but still loved the bike. I’m shopping for another Panigale V as we speak. People are always so surprised when a heavy 1260s is able to wheelie really well and haul some butt. Great bike.

How is the slower speed characteristics of the bike like cruzing town?

Very good, much better than V4S or any Japanese SS bike. If you're in town use Urban or Touring mode, the throttle is much more forgiving so less jerking around, less engine brake. I ride with rear suspension full soft, unless I have a passenger or hitting the twisties then I tighten up all the way. Two different tire pressures for 1 up vs 2 up, so keep that in mind. Also, I use cruise control a lot when going 35+ it's super smooth.

Did your 1260s diavel say anything on the display after you got Termignoni and the air filter that indicated you had a flash program installed to offset the fuel mapping?

No because it's simply an unlocked fuel mapping profile that Ducati already programmed into the ECU

@@TrickMasterPC, sweet! My mechanic isn’t in this week so I can’t find out if I got the air filter along with the termignoni exhaust for my 2019 1260s. I am trying to find the ultimate combo. I want the best aftermarket coil packs, spark plugs,Etc… I live my diavel but it is a little hard walking away from a V4s for. Diavel 1260s. But I own my own company and I got hit, like a lot of folks by circumstances they could not have forseen. So, I sacrificed my dream bike so my grandmother could continue on living. For that reason, I’m proud to have my diavel.

The exaust system, does it have a cat or is it deleted and what material is it? Seen references to it being titanium, but in the Ducati bike configurator it's listed as steel with aluminium bits.

No cat, titanium material, black anodized aluminum heat shields that cover the curvature near your calf. Comes with decibel reducer, but I'm not using it.

@@TrickMasterPC Thank you! Been hard to find specifics as pictures only ever shows the mufflers and doesn't mention the front pipes. Ducatis listing says it's steel and it's not mentioned at all on Termignoni's own site.

@@TrickMasterPC Ok, that explains some of the confusion as it's been referred to as a "full system" (which it isn't) and a slip-on (which it is). There's more weight to spare then if someone releases titanium headers. (but I guess that's more of a full on sports bike thing than something for a more cruiser type like this).

Are you sure that's the 2021 model? I have the 2021 Diavel and Ducati dropped using a spring on the exhaust (header pipe to mid) and it's now a bolted clamp.

That's interesting, it is possible that they make slight changes, this was the first 2021 to arrive in the USA.

Yes, but you must be careful not to force water into bearings, seals, joints etc. Also it can flake clear coat.

Is that really the 525 chain not the 530? The link shows the 530 not the 525. 530 is up to 1400 cc 525 just to 1200 cc. Can you clarify that?

Yeah, its low volume production, so the cost per unit is very high, but it adds to resale value for sure.

Yeah it is, brembo's mass commercial lines are decent but cheap, it's all about margin. Their racing stuff is top notch but super pricy. I compared the slave cylinders, the ducabike one is much higher quality, and preforms better.

Easy to self install...but only the dealer can enter the key for the upmap tune. If you buy the exhaust from the dealer they will upmap for fee. If you buy the exhaust at the same time you buy the bike the total install is free.
