I have 2 2014 Diavel Strada's [for reasons] and folks there's nothing like it for comfort, and everything else he said. My wife fits comfortably behind me, and we once had a 14.5 hour day in the saddle, and by the end we we both fine. Our bike has taken us 45K miles, Florida, Arkansas, US and Canadian west. Powerful, durable, beautiful, comfortable, reliable. I'll never give them up. You cannot get any better.

Had a 2020 Ducati Diavel with the Termi system. Had it 3 months then I got tired off it. Strange enough this bike has comfort for a while but it actually not after some driving. Same with the Rocket 3R. The most ergonomic bike I had is the MT10 (189cm). If you swap the seat to the comfort seat that bikes is realy god and perfect for long distance. When your legs are in a little more sporty position it takes the load off your back. A slightly leaned position forward is night and day against the wind also.

The S version feels much better. Ohlins suspensions, quickshifter, M50 brakes, DRL... I got mine for 24.000€ right before price went all the way up to 29.000€, and a year later ducati replaced the model for wath what pretty much is a +40kg -40hp streetfighter v4. Couldn't be happier.

7:22 Check the handlebar for straighness. It's off to the right. Must be an easy fix. Sweet ride.

It's the gauges, they have some movement in the way it's attached.

All you gotta do is push the killswitch down to turn on the power. That button you used to power the bike before start is just needed if you need to use the pin to start

I have a 1260S, bought ut new in 2020 and hands down the best bike I have ever owned. Yes its comfortable, I see during group rides I have "problems" later than others. It's miles better than my old BMW S1000R, I also like that its low as I'm not the tallest guy, it is big and heavy so its not as easy to flick as a sports bike, but good enough. It needs a different exhaust to really open it up. When I bought mine I was expecting a new model in a couple of years and planned to change, but the V4 is not for me, they should never have gone for a V4 engine and the styling is not to my liking, removing some of the classic Diavel features like the tail light and front indicators. The new Diavel is more of a Monster to me, I'll just keep my 1260S for many more years.

Ridden a diavel for years. They’re soo much fun. They have performance and cruising comfort. Way way way better than a noisemaker (Harley Davidson)

I bought a 1260s new in 2020, still have it, best bike I ever had. I had planned to get the new model when it arrived but, the V4 engine and the styling didn’t appeal to me. On my 5th season with the bike now and I’ll probably just keep it for many more years.

Its not a cruiser its a Diavel ;) owned a 2021 1260s and loved it. Longer rides it’s not as comfortable as it seems. Riding a 2022 Streetfighter V4s now and its more comfortable on long rides.

Not the cruiser model of the Diavel family. The XDiavel is the cruiser, the Diavel 1260 is a standard naked.

I am really tempted by the new Diavel V4. Does this bike feel noticeably lighter and more "flickable" than a Harley Dyna or BMW R1200? It is about 100 lbs lighter than the BMW but do you feel it?

Diavel is mid mount. I have a 2022 XDiavel. Which is front mount and actually the better example comparatively to a Harley. And I personally like that front mount seating and is to me even more comfortable than the Diavel.

Comparing brembo stylemas top of the top brakes with mt10 or r1 is not fair enough compared price of this bike with yamas, so you get what you pay for :)

Cool fun bike. You need to have that little demon on your shoulder well under control however. The police tend to take an inherently dim view of diavel riders. This however is par for the course in the world of diavel ownership. Also the wind is perfectly manageable up to 120 mph. You just need to bend your elbows a little..

The diavel s does not feel any better than the standard one to ride. It has ohlins suspension. Seat of the pants you can't tell much. I have had both

Don't buy this bike without a warranty.. I had an XDIAVELS.....it was my dream bike that morphed into a nightmare... Belt Drive snapped ...can't handle the torque...the dealer misdiagnosed as an electronic issue...I told them it was an internal mechanical problem...they made me buy a $750 drive belt...well ..they lied never test drove...when I tested...the Belt snapped again....then the dealer decided to open it up and...transmission gears were chipped...thank goodness for the warranty as it was a $14,250 bill....yes only $2000 less than I paid for the bike.. I personally can't trust EuroGarbage... Too bad..because I really want a.... KTM 690 SMCR..but it's Austrian The Ducati failed at 2700 miles...

i also heard of a lot of issues with the X but not with the diavel. It‘s not the same bike but yeah, never without warranty
