This is so sad! The defendant is in denial about their sister’s condition! The ending was truly sad! Taking care of people with memory diseases is very difficult.

My oddest sister was in a nursing home. I did some research on the facility before I visted. There were some good and bad reviews. I only casually mentioned it to my sister's daughter, my niece, who mentioned it to my nephew. They moved my sister to a different facility a few weeks later.

Tbh.. The defendant may be coming off spiteful and bitter but in spirituality her inner self is crying out for only a simple sit down and a big hug. She knew what her fate was with her diagnosis and all she wanted was to sit with her sister in the nursing home and a big hug from the plaintiff. The 200 miles away comment was too much for her health and if the plaintiff would of only came and picked her up to see their other sister, they both could've known her reasonings smh. It's really that simple. I hate it played out the way it did frfr.

Cases like this between siblings, sisters in this case is why I loved being the only child. Nobody to bother me. Don't have to share with anyone. Everything is mine so to do ever have to go through shit like this. Family can be your very worst enemy as shown right here in this unfortunate case.

After the case, there was arguing & the defendant made threats which you can't do because you will be arrested for making threats
