I did chase, but only 1 day. Right after that - 11 month no contact already.

What about after a year of reaching out at least once a month? Will she still have these feelings if I stopped contacting her altogether? Been 51 days so far

Great question. I was with my ex for 6 years and she left me. That was 5 months ago and the longest we've gone without talking was a week. We still play video games together. In that five months she's been hot and cold. Now it's warm and cold. She says she still has mixed feelings. In that time though I've been working on bettering myself. So whether we get back together or not I'll still come out of this a better person. Best chance you have is turn your focus back to yourself. Let her reach out and let things work itself out naturally. Sorry I don't have a real answer for you. I think we all come here looking for answers.

I did chase in the beginning, she went into a rebound which didn’t work. Now I’m removed from everywhere apart from WhatsApp. Written a message out recently but didn’t send it. It been 9 months since she left and NC for a third time

Yes. Anytime the dumpee breaks no contact, it’s chasing. If there’s been a death or something serious they need to know about, that’s the only time to break it. If you’ve already done it, just start no contact over again, and this time hold to it until they contact you first. It’s been 5 months for me. After month 3 it gets easier.
