ابتدا آرد را الک کنید ودر تابه با حرارت کم تفت دهید دقت کنید نباید رنگ آرد تغییر کند فقط بوی خام آرد گرفته شود بعد دوباره آرد را الک کنید وروغن مایع وپودر قند وطعم دهنده را اضافه کنید وهم بزنید تا یک دست شود اگر کرم خیلی سفت بود کمی روغن اضافه کنید بعد هم کرم گرم را روی نان میکادو ریخته و با پالت همه جای نان پخش کنید ولایه بعدی نان را روی کرم بگذارید وکمی فشار دهید اینکار را ادامه دهید تا کرم تمام شود بعد یک وسیله سنگین روی بیسکوییت بگذارید و ۲ الی ۳ ساعت در یخچال قرار دهید وبعد با چاقو دندانه دار به اندازه های دلخواه برش بزنید
