Drum cover of the song L'enfant sauvage by Gojira.
I'm a huge fan of that album. Most of you already know how much I love Gojira. Mario Duplantier is one of my biggest inspiration. His creativity, energy and amazing skills make him one of the greatest Metal drummer of all time.
This song is fantastic to play on drums. The main pattern is super interesting, the fast double bass at the end with all the cymbals and all the other stuff. Amazing song.

haha thanks for the kind words ! Yes I have bands. One called Cân Bardd (new album Devoured by the oak out) and Kassogtha (New album recorded and will be out next year). Also recorded a couple other stuff with other bands so stay tuned for more :D

They're pretty tight but not as tight as they can go. Find a spot where it feels comfortable for your own playing 🥰

How are you recording the sound of the cymbals?

I have two overhead mics above my kit. About 120 cm from the center of the snare for both. One is placed behind my hi hat and left crash and one on top of the ride, china and main crash as well as toms. I'd like to upgrade my overhead setup and add some close mics for ride and hi hat
