This video is shorter than normal because I spent so long driving around sourcing parts I didnt even use. Mistakes were made and lessons were learnt but the end results were amazing!

Eventhough we never had any of these "ute" here in Luxembourg, i love the idea of changing the shape of the E30 to something which never existed!

It’s crazy to me how many different countries people are watching from! Utes are huge over here in Australia and there aren’t enough small ones around.

@@blacknightcreations ‚Touring‘ is the correct BMW name. Shame on me… Mercedes is ‚Kombi‘ in Germany, Citroen is ‚Break‘ in France, in english based countries ‚Safari‘.

nice to see you tackle each job mythodically instead of start stop and get side tracked you should get a white board and write down whats needed to be done when you are waiting for parts do the smaller jobs like headlights blinkers then wrap them up so when the time comes you just get them out and put them on cheers glenn

Hmmm yes that would be a good way to do it, I find between organising parts, fitting m, filming and editing I don’t have a huge amount of brain space left. I want to just get systems sorted out and then forget about them.

Get the 2002 booster resavior location set up . Then you can mount the resavior on the shock tower and gives a lot of clearance

Sadly that setup is for the e92 and since I’m using the calipers off an m4 I want to keep the booster and cylinder all matching

This a great build, love watching! I think with any clearance issues, allow for engine movement as there is movement, unless I suppose you use solid engine mounts🤷‍♂️

I did ask a couple of different brake specialists and my engineer and yes although that’s the ideal way, it is acceptable to have on for both

That radiator fit like a glove. Hope the s2 radiator mount wasn't expensive.

Ive had comments comparing my build to them which is an honour. I would really hope so though. My plan is by the end of the year providing I get my rear quarter panel relatively soon.
