I've watched 12 angry men and I've seen this movie too. I've one thing to say to all those who think it's bad to copy some movie. In human history there's always an adaptation of things of different part of the world to another part of the world. Take the example of our constitution which has been taken from several constitution of the world. This movie is a good and the best hindi adaptation of the classic 12 angry men. It's made for people who might not be able to understand English. The makers have done justice to those who can still enjoy the theme and plot of foreign work but with a little desi touch.

Pankaj Kapur was only 32 when he played this role. And Anu Kapoor was in late 20s. Absolutely incredible. 👏

I know it's a dialogue to dialogue translation of 12 Angry Men. But I honestly don't mind it. It introduced the great script to an entirely new audience. For a classic like 12 Angry man, I think it's worth it.

This movie shows us a perfect example of how important a lawyer or a doctor could be for one’s life changing moments.

I was 11 years old in 1986 and I found this film boring at that age but now I love it. Miss old days I was in Delhi then with my fanily in Safdar Jung...then in 1995 moved to England after marriage😢. Parents are no more...noone left back home but my soul still wonders in streets of Safdar Jung Delhi.. I am stuck in that time in my mind. I love art films...reminds me of simpler times.. All the top actors...talents actors are in this one film..Pankaj Kapur ji...Annu Kapoor...Raina...Zaheer sahab...I love Basu Chatterjee films. Whatever Pankaj Kapur said in this film IS 100% correct if you look back. Sending love to all my hamumr...hamkhayal...namaskar 🙏

I saw this movie back in 80s , watched again in 2022,,, A classic is always a classic. Every role played is beyond class. Far far better than pseudo national movies , this movie shows worry for present rather than beating the past.

S M Zaheer is at his best. See the subtlety at 29:15. He puts on his reading glasses just to read the notes, and then immediately takes them off when he is looking at person infront of him. So natural. Also the entire dialog following it is very long but executed perfectly by him.

KK Raina's character is a sigma male in truest sense. He is secured, calm, rational and intelligent. In a few scenes, it seems as if he is purposely mincing words into other jurors' mouths so that he can counter them rationally subsequently and make them revisit their decision of calling the boy guilty. This movie is a masterpiece for me. The original was good too but the Hindi remake wins for me hands down.

In 1986 when I was in 5th class it was aired on Doordarshan.. after the more than 30 years has passed still remembered some scenes ..Great Nostalgic moment

Who feels that the way Pankaj Kapoor kept sticking out his tongue was a bit too much? After a point, I found it a bit over the top... borderline irritating tbh. Not denying an iota of the fact that Pankaj Kapoor is one of the finest actors that the Indian cinema has ever produced.

brilliant movie, whole movie is set in one room but you never get bored. great acting by the whole cast and the tension in the room and the sound of rain play a very important role. plus although we never see the outside we are given the effect the day has turned to night such brilliant work, such movies are not made in Bollywood anymore

I am not at all offended by the fact that this is a remake of the evergreen classic movie "12 angry men". in fact I am pretty much happy that they made this for our Hindi speaking people, and the performances of all the actors and the production quality is top notch. kudos to the makers.

What a great movie......... I remember watching it on television in 1986-87 when there was no TV in every family. It's such a gripping movie. Around 10-20 of us had started watching the movie as was the practice back then but only me and my elder bro watched it till the end. We were so engrossed in the movie that we didn't realize that everyone had left and the owner had kept the TV On only for us.

Hit like if want to see remake with today's best actors.. Manoj Bajpeyi, Nawajuddin, Pankaj Tripathi, Irrfan Khan, Rajkumar Rao, Rajat Kapoor, kk Menon, Ronit Roy, Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra, Vinay Pathak and Boman Irani

movie budget was one camera which were sometimes belongs to director, one rental room, 13 actors acting fees, costumes and production requirements for one rental big table, 12 chairs, one wooden sofa, one wooden hanger, one mirrore set that's it... I thing the these costs are not over than 5000 for two days. the shooting were took place for just 72 hours after all the takes. and finally this masterpiece was came in front of us. absolutely fantastic.

Pankaj kapur put all these new generatiikn actors plus 12 men all actors in his small pocket. Wow man. What an actor. What a talent. One of india's true gem. Hats off.

As a law student i have never seen any movie this detailed and with a surreal story. It touches every corner of heart and mind and my perspective is so changed regarding my opinion about victim or accused. A must watch movie.

I watched this movie in my childhood on Doordarshan. After that I have watched it many times, and every time I enjoyed it's every moment. Whenever any one ask for recommendations for a good movie, I always recommend this one. It's really a master piece.
