B.... I believe in head coaching managers if done correctly! They let their coaches COACH, but when they see the issue they demand the adjustments made. Most importantly, they are in tune with the players and call it how it is. You defend your squad, but call out the facts & put the pressure on in your own way! I think Andy Reed would be the best coach in modern NFL. Do we not think the Chiefs are the best team in the NFL right now. I hate to say that. I loved what Andy Reid did for Philadelphia. He really set the tone for what Philadelphia is today.

The two teams I absolutely hate in our division is the Giants and the Cowboys. They are so overrated and the truth really is that the eagles are so much better than that this year we’re gonna be so dominant!

100% A++... Everyone looks at him wondering what he does... Howie drafts NO-ONE without feedback of the type of player he wants(developed form collaboration with the position coaches and coordinators... He elicits open feedback for improvement from EVERYONE without pride getting in the way. Honest relationships lead to forthright conversations lead to productive changes.... He has also been right in the middle of game day planning and scripting, and THAT led to AMAZING RESULTS until the last 6 games, when the offensive and defensive coordinators DID NOT DO THEIR JOBS!!... As far as emotions, I want a guy who you can read his passion on his face!!... 2024 will be 14-3 from this STUD HC!!

The only time Sirrianni should have control over the offense or even the defense should be the Preseason or Week 17-18 when the starters are preparing for the playoffs

Id make my observation this year. He doesnt have a great offensive mind as he thinks but as a HC he does great. Can he stay in his lane though is what will determine his position going forward.

No adjustments week to week, Pass pro? no slide or max protection, just allowed his QB to look inept running POP Warner Offense, Defensively ,,, NEVER changed alignment. no pre snap movement. Same window and soft zone equaled horrible defense and QBs looking like Marino, disgraceful, still needed a TE (Stover -TEXANS) and LB like (Cooper.Colston or Wilson) ,....Overcorrection at CB, i don"t see how Sirianni survives .

I look how he got the team and sending him to the sb, coaches left from that year ? The next year unexperience at o.c. and d.c. ,yeah it looked bad. But this year will turn heads for the other 31 teams coming in this season. Siriano will be better.

Nick didn't bring in Shane or Johnathan. They were both Howie hires. Nick did however bring in Sean and Matt while also promoting Brian last year. Are you just going to gloss over the fact that his team all but stopped playing for him after the KC game? Jalen Hurtz had to tell him to shut up because he was embarrassing the team. They won 1 game after that? He very well should be on the hot seat. He's the coach of the gd Philadelphia MF Eagles. We may not win the division every year but we never look as bad as we did last year. Stats and record aside we looked like absolute 💩 over 90% of the season. Mr. Laurie and Howie probably want a 4-0 start and dominating the field. Anything less will require consideration.

C and yes he is on the hot they planed on the draft and made the moves and last year down fall at the end of the season he was the captain of the ship and the crew he put in place sunk the ship the fired the crew and build a battle ship they put in his lap now so yes he is on the hot seat

Look at the talent Howie provides him. Nick built nothing. He don’t even call plays his scheme sucks. Jalen so confused with the changing scheme depending who running offense. Def. Not Nicks offense . Why do you keep Jalen in Shotgun. Play action should be norm. Jalen holds the ball to long. Only connects when guys wide open. Never puts up a 50/50 ball for receivers.
