This is exactly what single people and families around the world need. Great recipes to eat, prepare, and purchase. Especially purchase. I would like to see you do a comparison of herbs. If someone can't get Thai Basil, use Italian. That kind of thing for those who may be new to your channel.

Called up a friend and told her I wanted to try a new recipe using gochuchang and kimchi. Did she want to come and try it? Darn right she did. I made the chicken thighs with rice, mushrooms, kimchi and gochuchang. It was delicious. I did double the amount of chicken since the recipe as given makes a boatload of rice. Mmmmm.......leftovers!!!!!

Not raw at all - it was juicy (juices ran clear) and not dry and stringy (overcooked)

that grilled chicken is still far too raw, I wouldn't dare eat it... so let it grill longer

It’s not actually though lol, This is how grill chicken not OVERCOOKED looks. We eat chicken like this once a month maybe twice if my dad is in a good mood. And we never got any type of food poisoning or salmonella. Just use a meat thermometer.
