Clint Eastwood became world famous after his series of three spaghetti westerns where he played The Man With No Name. That character almost always had a cigar in his mouth. But Eastwood was a non smoker and hated the stench!

Eastwood was and is what used to be called a health nut years. Extremely focused on fitness and working out, Clint probably was in agony with those disgusting things in h I s mouth.
