1 ½ tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
1 ½ tablespoons Bear & Burton W Sauce - Fireshire
Prime rib, sliced
1 package Hawaiian rolls
12 slices of provolone cheese
French fried onions
Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
Directions:
1. Stoke the Traeger Ironwood XL or your grill or choice with Royal Oak Charcoal Hardwood Pellets and fire it up to 325℉.
2. To make the glaze for the sandwiches, place the butter, mustard, Bear & Burton W Sauce - Fireshire in a small cast iron pan, then set it on the grill to warm.
3. Use a meat slicer or sharp knife to carve the prime rib into paper-thin slices.
4. To assemble the Prime Rib Sliders, lay the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in a large aluminum pan. Then, add half the provolone cheese and prime rib slices.
5. Top the filling with French fried onions and the remaining provolone, then add the top half of the Hawaiian rolls.
6. Pour the butter mixture over the top and add a dash of Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub.
7. Cover the Prime Rib Sliders with tin foil, then cook them on the pit for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and let them cook for another 20 minutes. Pull off the grill and let cool before digging in. Enjoy!
