Spinach ... 4/5 bunch (170g)
1/3 carrot (60g)
Canned tuna (oil-soaked type) ...30g
2 teaspoons (6g) white sesame seeds
2/3 teaspoon (3.5g) vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons (8.5g) soy sauce
sugar ... 1 1/2 teaspoons (3.5g)
🍳How to make

01:14 - Cut carrots into 4 cm long strips. Cut spinach into 2 cm widths and finely slice the leaves with a blade lengthwise and widthwise lickety-split. Drain the tuna in a colander and drain off the oil.
03:36 - (A) Boil carrots from water, bring to a boil, then boil for 3 minutes. Boil spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove from running water and allow to cool.
06:10 - Combine seasonings, wrap fluffily and microwave for 20 seconds.
06:51 - Spread white sesame seeds on aluminum foil, cover with aluminum foil and heat in a toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
