Scrap Assists: (if you help shoot down high health streaks but don't land the finishing blow) DO NOT count as a "destroy".
Splinter: Both personal and counter UAVs count towards ground streaks.
Topo: Many people say you don’t need spotter to complete this challenge. However run spotter anyway since it helps a lot.
Skulls: Personal UAVs, UAVs, Chopper Gunners, Support Helos, and AC130s all count as vehicles. I said helicopters in the video but didn’t articulate that I meant these killstreaks count too.

I was using my JOKR on rust and shot off a rocket towards the enemy spawn point. I got killed and spawned just to be welcomed by my own rocket. I hate this game

That happened to me on shipment😂 It won’t let you shoot the JOKR unless your far so I had to go far back, once I found a place and shot it, a person killed me, I then respawned and looked in the sky too see which spawn it hit, and boom. My life flashed before my eyes.😅

Bro, some dude on Ground War was using the JOKR on this map (the long and narrow one) and got like an 8-Multikill because he fired it at the E objective everyone was defending/using to push forward. Then everyone spawned again and he got another 6 kills. Dude got kills, attacker AND defender awards because he was chilling on his objective. Man's was getting those launcher challenges, and I respect that grind. ALSO; I met a dude in Hardcore shipment who would LET himself be killed by me with the riot shield. He knew I was going for the camos and he just found me a few times, walked real close did that crouch/stand thing everyone does as a sign of peace. He was just like: Go get that damascus my boy, kill me!

Yeah it's a bunch of bullshit. Infinity ward needs to revert that ammo change. It's the equivalent of starting with 2 mags with a m4 and going for gold with that. If people in the past were able to complete these challenges much easier than they need to make it fair to make it easier now. I purposely left launchers for last thinking it would still be easy but I got disciplined for that. I'm not fucking up my high kd just to get demascus. that's just not right.

I have a trick for that. Run a primary that also needs to level up. Empty the clip into the vtol, then hit it with the 2 rocket's really quick, it works for me really well.

Wheelson, sentry guns, personal radar, counter uav, NOT uav, VTOL. it would make sense because the vtol gets close down to the map like the personal radar does and counter uav does.

@@Andrew-xd9xd Run dead silence, Double Time, Any Perk 2 you like, then I like Tracker for perk 3 (Battle hardened works too). Use stuns, I know its toxic but it's only for the sheild. Any leathal.

Use launchers as EVERY secondary as you got for assault rifles/snipers/smgs etc. Do the RPG first, then Strela, then Jokr, then Pila. The Strela basically needs to be a direct hit for a kill. With the jokr, the rocket takes so long to get to the UAV so as soon as you see the UAV above you gotta shoot that shit down. The Strela also has a little delay after you press the trigger before firing. Be aware of this so you dont kill yourself. Make sure you shoot down streaks constantly. I got launchers platinum quite easily. Shipment and shoot house on hardcore are the best for the jokr attacker and defender. Also hardpoint is the easiest to get the defender medals for the jokr. To finish the rpg all i did was run onto B flag on shipment and shoot the ground. I got attacked and defender kills done in 2 games of domination. Easy. Pila is very easy. Strela P for me was the biggest pain in the ass

I got Damascus over a month ago and the launchers are not that hard it took me 2 days for each launcher but since each one was already maxed out it took me no time. Harcore shoothouse/shipment domination/headquarters/ kill confirmed are the very best game modes to play on, do not play team deathmatch at all it sucks because the games do not last enough to get you anywhere and people do not call in streaks no where near as much as they do in domination/kill confirmed/headquarters.

Hardpoint for attacker/defender. FREE-FOR-ALL FOR ALL THE OTHERS. More personal radars and counter UAVs, also plenty of VTOL.

6:11 - 6:21 The strela is easy to still hit UAVs even though it doesn't lock on, you aim and shoot at about the nose of the UAV, and that'll usually take it out. RPGs I've tested out shooting at UAVs, I've done it a few times, but you pretty much have to guess and shoot where the UAV will be about 10 seconds ahead of time. Very difficult, but is still possible.

@@eti2332 I meant my comment in regard to shooting down a UAV with the RPG. It's extremely hard to do, personal radars are tough as is because if they move slightly anywhere, you miss your shot. The Strela shoots an extremely fast projectile, and almost feels like it has hit scan detection for most situations.

Shooting down a UAV with an RPG is hard, you should never do it unless that's literally the only thing in the sky. And even then its just useless constantly miss just shoot down vtols, wheelsons, personal radars and counter uavs. You can try to shoot down a chopper gunner but since they never stop moving around you will have a hard time trying to do it just dont do it unless they don't move the chopper. Its impossible to shoot down an ac130 with an rpg also support helo is rare to see but you can actually shoot it down pretty easy with any launcher.

Hey I found a easy way to help with rpg/strela to get gold if your struggling with aerial support killstreaks you can get in a game with your friend to help you in ground war make sure it’s a map with helicopter have him fly you as close as you can to the kill streak works really well helped me with rpg getting gold

@@cherrypoptart2001 that's it brother. I only got Damascus by knowing this. For defender kills I literally camped in my spawn on Atlas and melee killed with my javelin. Also destroyed a ton of turrets that way. Can you imagine trying to do that by shooting a javelin. Somebody would have rpg'd it before I got far enough away to even fire the thing. I'm surprised more channels don't mention this tip

VTOLs, Counter UAVs, and Personal Radars count as Ground Killstreaks, because of how they're placed on the map (with the data pad, i.e. they're ground targeted) or in the case of Personal Radar because it's following you around.

I found kind of an exploit for defender kills with the jokr go in shoot house dom grab the flag in spawn and when somebody trys to grab the flag go and hit them with the jokr and it counts as a defender kill

If your launcher hits a VTOL or tank, you can finish it off by destroying it with bullets and it will still count as a launcher kill.👏🏽

You can shoot down the UAV with the Strela it just takes some practice. When aiming at the UAV, aim at the top right of it and keep trying until you find the sweet spot. The strela has bullet drop though so doing this in ground war might not work but in small maps you’re close enough for the strela to reach.

@@llenco its because many people use personal uav which counts for 60% of the camp challenges for each launcher. FFA makes it easy to shoot multiple down, making camos easy to get.

@@mrhaths I started the riot shield and launchers first, but completed everything else before finishing them. In total launchers are taking about 1 full week, and the riot shield has taken me 4-5 days. The knife is easy however, just run around in Ground War.

Bro riot shield is extremely fast. Hardcore shoot the ship and there you go. I've unlocked gold in 4 or 5 hours only

The javelin is the worst, it takes forever to lock on, it can't fire without doing so, and the rocket takes forever to reach the target. This makes shooting down killstreaks a fucking nightmare.

Finally finished them 2 days ago. Worst time of my life. The joker took me the longest. I did it while playing on shipment most people are dying to fast or don’t care enough so it gives you time to shoot them first. I tried ground war but too many people shooting them down.

@@blankblank224 Dunno if you've done it yet, but try hopping into hardcore free for all. I just sit at the back and destroy any personal radars i see. People seem to use a lot of them there.

Correction* well for me I’ve never used the spotter perk and have platinum launchers. Maybe there is a bug that that you don’t need spotter, I always use Amped. Also I always run EOD and don’t use cold blooded and have those done too

I will say that a lot of the cammo challenges that required specific types of kill streaks destroyed worked with any type of killstreak. I got splinter done only destroying maybe 5 or 6 ground killstreaks. Also, UAVs are able to be shot down with non-locks. I personally got my RPG and STRELLA support streaks done mostly on UAVs rather than personal radars or counter UAVs because no one uses PRs or CUAVS, but with constant attempts, you eventually get pretty good at shooting them down consistently. Also, I know other people have had different experiences than I have, but I did NOT need spotter for those skins. All of my stuff for golding my launchers were done in the same week from 4/30/20 to 5/3/20.

Can you please go more in depth with the JOKR because I'm having a really hard time using it. Locking on takes so long that I usually always die before it's done. And how do you take into account that the rocket goes out for dinner before coming back to hit the place you locked on?

When going for launcher challenges I also used the assault rifles and smg for primary and would use them at the same time and you can complete 1 launcher and two primaries in 10 hours of game time if your doing shoot the ship

i know this is kinda out of topic but what’s been killing me the most with this Damascus grind is is the riot shield :/ mostly the skull challenge.. can anyone give me advice on how to finish the skull challenge (3 kills without dying 25 times) the easiest way possible?

Hardcore 10v10. Saturday and Sunday mornings. Trust me. Back out of the bridge, palace, and arklov. They're a waste of time. Dead silence. Double time, ghost, tune up. Thermite and stun or flash. Run a pistol. One of the weak ones, unless you are great with the Deagle or 357. To get from one spot to the other. Then crouch, be patient, and camp your ass off. In buildings. Center buildings. Keep doors closed. Stand in front of closed ones early, and take that car door to their face as soon as they bust in. Let them know this is your place. Close that door and move. Or stand behind open ones. Camp in the opposite corner right after a kill. After you get 3, move to a different building/room. 3 story on crash is great. The best. Everyone wants to be there. 2 sets of stairs to guard. A closet to hide in. Bottom middle of rammaza. Bathroom and boiler room in gun runner. The ones connected to the vent are great. You get 3 there, move to bathroom. Then back to the boiler. And don't only do this. Take breaks. Seriously. Go play groundwar or regular stuff when you start getting pissed. I had maybe 2 games I got two 3 Killstreaks. It's a grind. And when you have 2 in a row, hear that 3rd, wait patiently, stand up and move in only to have a teammate shoot you in the back. Yell at that prick. It will happen. It's infuriating.

If you don't care about KD, jump into hardcore and try to get Shipment. Hang around the crates by A and C and the kills will come. Run dead silence, double time, restock, any third perk and use stun grenade and thermite. The reasoning behind restock is that the stun grenade is essential in getting that 3rd kill sometimes so I find it very useful. Good luck.

@@hoodiewaffles 90%of the time a lethal was thrown at me, it was a semtex or thermite. Stuck to that thing. And you're dearly no matter what. Rare I even saw gas grenades. The thing is, for me, if they saw me I usually died. Surprise was the focus. Double time to get to the first location as fast as possible. Dead silence to catch up to them. Tune up to have it as soon as possible. Quietly. Also, shipment didn't work for me on this. They figured out there's a camping shield running prick so they were always careful and stopped rushing.

@@MooreGravy infinity ward definitely needs to Buff the shield and knife. U blatantly hit people at times and it doesn't count. There is no lung and u can shoot through the shield at times. It's just glitchy.

For splinter im that counter and personal uav and vtol count, but what counts for the ground vehicles? Is it only tanks? Or enemies that are controlling a vehicle like the suv?

KOEN Witte a lot of ground war and a lot of shipment 24/7 for the attacker and defender kills. Also if I’m not mistaken, you can melee with it and it’ll count as a kill

One thing that saved me a lot of time was leveling up the weapon first till you unlock the skulls camo first then doing the challenges that way you can do multiple challenges at once for example the launchers you only have to get to level 31 which you can get to in about 5 games of plunder double xp and supply runs then you go for kills and you can do kills with amped perk normal kills attacker and defender all in the same game. Same with support streaks aerial streaks and ground based vehicles they fall all under the same category.

I’m not gonna lie to you I’ve used your videos on the gold weapon guides for my whole grind process. I appreciate you going into this muck detail it has helped a lot. The big problem with my grind is these ground based vehicles and kill streaks. Neutral vehicles don’t track for camos along with any UAV personal UAV kills. Atleast for me. After a few hours of grinding to kill UAVs in ground war I have gotten every camo except splinter. The only thing that I can think to do is killing tanks and sentries when I can. Doesn’t help that it says 0/45 even though I’m 6 camos in. If you have any tips I would appreciate it greatly.

What happens if u die before the jokr missile lands? Does it dissapear , or still count? And does it help if you try to wait to respawn hoping it lands before the game forces you back in? Kinda like some afterlife kills with grenades/mines?

Personal radars also count as a ground streak for some reason. I have no idea why but this was an absolute lifesaver for the JOKR.

Still no useful tips, booring video. If u want ground streaks go play Quary or the City map and camp their spawn. Use an AR with FMJ(30bullets) and 2 rockets will finish off the vehicle. For the aerial kill streaks(rpg) play hardcore small maps so u can also team kill ppl who might steal it. All other challenges are done automatically.

Ground wars,free for all,and shoot the ship, are good modes for the challenges for the launches and if you’re starting the launchers start with this Order of (rpg,strela-p,jokr, and pila)

I was able to shoot down uavs with the strela if you aim about to the first dot down and a little a head both really depend on how far away you are from it but that usually does the trick except in ground war

I was able to start getting UAVs with the Strela. The rocket travels fast enough that you don't have to lead it very much. I didn't hit every UAV, maybe half at best, but it was better than just waiting for Counter UAVs and Personal Radars.

My challenges for the PILA splinter camos say you can either do ground streaks or vehicles, so I think they made it easier. I could be wrong with the other launchers tho.

As of April 10, I haven’t had to use any perks besides the Reptile category using Amped. All the rest are just air streaks and vehicles and such. Killstreaks have counted as vehicles, not sure if radars count as ground streaks, but things are definitely not as they seem in this guide
