1 cup or 226 g unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup or 180 g all purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup or 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp instant espresso powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup or 164 g packed dark brown sugar
-Filling
16 oz or 458 g maraschino cherries (no juice just cherries)
28 oz or 792 g sweetened condensed milk (2 cans)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp almond extract
4 cups or 340 g unsweetened finely shredded coconut
*Oven 325 F or 162 C
9x13 pan or 23x33 cm pan
Bake 40 to 45 mins
