One of our family's favorite dinner recipes is my Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff. It only takes 25 minutes to make and it's sure to be a hit in your family!
This Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff with Cream of Mushroom Soup is creamy, delicious, and made with light sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, ground beef, and tender egg noodles.

Ground Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
▪️ 1 pound Lean Ground Beef (I use 85/15 or 90/10 Hamburger Meat)
▪️ 3 tbsp Butter
▪️ 3 tbsp Flour
▪️ 1 1/2 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
▪️ 1 cup Light Sour Cream
▪️ 1 10.5 ounce can Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
▪️ 2 tsp Onion Powder
▪️ 2 tsp Garlic Powder
▪️ Salt and Pepper, to taste
▪️ Parsley, to taste
▪️ 12 oz bag of Egg Noodles, cooked according to package directions

Use the hamburger grease instead of all the butter. Add your cream of mushroom and sour cream and u have a delicious dish.

I took your advice and used a little butter as well ! Did not have beef broth but used Worcestershire sauce instead ! I also used half a diced onion! Came out delicious!! 😋

Exactly how I’ve always made it….salt, pepper, 2 tbsp. Flour, make a roux with the meat/grease, add soup, heat, then sour cream. Adjust seasoning. I serve over rice (always have). It is so quick and easy - just have to wait on the rice to finish cooking! Super comfort food around our house….only because we rarely eat like this! 😂😂😂 But some days you just gotta!

Made this tonight and its so good. Only other thing I added was paprika and chili powder and bit more extra garlic and onion powder. Oh and I substituted beef broth for chicken cause thats what we had and I added w sauce cause google said so 😅

I think it's relatively crucial to be specific in the quantity of mushroom soup. A large family sized can or a smaller can? No amount given. I'd give this a 80/100 for recipe ingredients.

Sorry for the confusion but it calls for a standard 10.5 ounce can. If I meant a family size I would have specified. It’s been updated in the description.

will it be OK if I use a 4 pound bag of Mystery Noodles?

You can use any type of noodle you want, but you’ll only need between 1/2 lb - 1 lb of noodles. I usually make the entire 1lb bag of egg noodles and use any leftovers for something else.
