note: stout may not suit everyone's taste, if you are making it for the first time, I suggest you choose a beer kit in a style you are used to.
4 pcs of 5 liter pet bottles of water, a total of 20 liters.
Half of 1 is boiled in a saucepan, the other 3 are cooled well in the cupboard.
Add "hops malt powder" and 1kg of sugar to the boiling water in the pot and bring it to a boil again. this is now called maize.
The hot mash is poured into the fermenter and all the remaining 17.5 liters of water is added to it. It is ensured that it is mixed by shaking it well and more oxygen enters the ladle.
The temperature is measured, if it is colder than 30 degrees, yeast is sprinkled on it. (If it is not cold enough, wait for the fermenter to cool with the lid closed.)
The lid of the fermenter is closed, the airlock is attached and it is left to ferment in an environment not exceeding 21 degrees.
After 2 weeks and after the bubble output slows down, the final gravity is measured 2 days in a row, if there is no change, it is bottled with 1 piece of sugar in each bottle.
After waiting for 2 weeks in the bottle, it is drunk with pleasure.
note: You can get a colder initial fermentation temperature by first putting the maize in the boiling pot into ice water with the pot.
