・2 Shiso leaves
・40ml Water
・2.5 tbsp Cake flour
・1 tbsp Potato starch
・1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
・1/2 tbsp Cooking sake
・1/2 tsp Green seaweed
・Frying oil
