This recipe No baked strawberry cake is so easy to make and very delicious.
This strawberry cake is perfect for any occasion, you need only 5 min to make this strawberry cake.
ingredients:
For a 40*30 cm rectangular mold
2 packages of ladyfingers
1 cup of milk for dipping
150 grams of strawberries, cut into cubes
For the cream:
500 ml heavy cream
500 grams of mascarpone cheese
100 grams of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
For decoration:
150 grams of strawberries
Preparation:
1. The cream: mix in a mixer with the whipping hook heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until you get a fairly stable cream (avoid over-whipping).
2. Pour the milk into a wide bowl.
3. Dip half of the biscotti in milk and arrange in a single layer.
4. Transfer half of the cream to the pan, and flatten. Sprinkle the strawberry cubes on the cream.
5. Arrange another layer of biscotti: dip in milk and place carefully on the strawberries.
6. Transfer the second half of the cream to the mold, and flatten. Transfer the tiramisu overnight or for a few hours to set.
7. Decorate the tiramisu with halved strawberries, and serve.
