Recipe 1! 📌
3-4 potatoes.
cut into small cubes.
Water.
Salt.
Let it cook for 20 minutes.
Green onion.
Dill.
mix.
1 chicken egg.
Cheese 40-50 grams.
2 tablespoons of flour.
1 chicken egg.
mix.
Olive oil.
Cover and cook over low heat.
Flip with a plate!
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Tengo que añadir algo, escribo desde España, Galicia la harina de trigo engorda como todos los hidratos sustituye la por harina de avena, y la patata causa Flato tampoco se recomienda en las dietas de adelgazamiento, puedes sustituirla por calabacín capa esa o zanahoria o cualquier otro tubérculo, quiero saber de qué país me escribes, también puedes añadir perejil maravillosa hortalizas, lee sobre este, verás que aquí en España hay muchas receta a s que puedes añadir el rico perejil me gustaría que contestadas soy gallega de Top ion pero mi país natal es Cuba llevo en este 51 años y me gusta mucho cocinar, un abrazo fuerte y háblame desde España Galicia ISABELITA, tengo 86 años Saludos de nuevo .🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺

Reciepie looks yummy but not good for everybody,for example i'm alergyc at eggs and yes,high calories,egg,potatoes,flavour,oil,all r also fried.....i will not usse IT,but looks Nice and peoples without probleme can usse IT,not too often.....😊

Das ist ganz sicher sehr lecker,aber zum schnellen Sattwerden und Abnehmen völlig ungeeignet. Zu viele kurzkettige Kohlenhydrate, jede Menge tierisches Fett und viel zu wenig Eiweiß, vor allem zu wenig pflanzliches Eiweiß, als auch zu wenig Ballaststoffe. Das schmeckt zwar, aber mit Abnehmen ist bei einer derartigen Ernährung eher nichts.

Dass die Speise nicht zwangsläufig zum Abnehmen geeignet ist stimmt. Aber Kohlenhydrate werden nicht in Ketten eingeteilt. Sondern in Mono-, Di- und Polysaccharide. Stärke ist ein Polisaccharid und ganz sicher nicht kurzkettig, wenn sie es fälschlicherweise so nennen wollen. Trotzdem wäre es besser, wenn in dem Gericht in irgendeiner Form noch Ballaststoffe enthalten wären. Mit dem Eiweiß ist es auch nicht so simpel. Pflanzliches Eiweiß hat eine wesentlich geringere biologische Wertigkeit als tierisches Eiweiß. Wenn Sie sowas empfehlen müssen sie das auch mit anmerken. Veganer sollten also ihre Eiweißquellen sehr klug kombinieren. Aus 10 g Eieiweiß kann der Körper 10 g körpereigenes Eiweiß machen, aus 10 g Hafereiweiß dagegen nur 6 g.

Aber gut, dass Sie die Sache mit dem Eiweiß erwähnen. Nicht umsonst leiden viele Vegetarier und Veganer an mannigfaltigen Mangelerscheinungen. Allerdings nicht nur die. Die Mehrheit der Bevölkerung ernährt sich mit zu wenig Eiweiß. Aminosäuren sind allerdings essenziell. Bei der Sache mit Stärke und Mehl bin ich, rein biochemisch, bei Ihnen. Jedoch wird Ihnen jeder ordentliche geschulte Ernährungsberater sagen, dass Weißmehl und Stärke einer gesunden, ballaststoffreichen Ernährung nicht gerade zuträglich sind. Sie sind als Genussmittel zu betrachten und sollten deshalb nur maximal zwei - dreimal im Monat in größeren Mengen verzehrt werden.
