Looks very good and my kind of healthy eating no sugar or oil in the dressing with plain yogurt is the best i use plant base like almond milk yogurt or coconut milk yogurt plain they both taste close to a sour cream and then when you add with ever spice, vinegar like a mustard or even apple cider vinegar, oils or fruit, it all takes a hole new level of sauces or vinegrette to your food or a healthier sweet fruity natural sugar yogurt, i even add sometimes just a tad of honey. The only thing I'll add in this recipe will be a tad of turmeric it adds taste and health benefits for removing inflammation, build 8mmune system and a tad of apple cider vinegar to help digestion and adds great taste miammm........will try this just as, it is shown looks very good will try this one first, but tumeric a 1/4 tsp would good enough

I noticed alot of comments about how slow the video is. However, some people are absolute beginners, lack confidence for simple things like even chopping and peeling. It works for them to see every detail. This is her leisurely cooking in her kitchen and we joined her for the ride. No need to always be in a hurry, life is busy enough. So even though I personally didn't need to see ever detail, there are people who do appreciate it.
