The burnt buns are really upsetting to me. Did they think the were getting away with something or did they just not care? Unfortunately for them, they got busted! It has what you might call a chilling effect on the viewer. I would give their food a skip. Thanks Shin!

Holy crap. I can’t believe that chicken was nearly $30. I guess they’re banking on people having the drunchies. Kind of looked like Applebees quality food. Just so expensive! Must be a touristy location.

You should have asked the Waiter to replace the burger buns with something else. You should pay for edible food.

We ate at Gilleys and thought it was “regular “ food at way, way expensive prices. We could eat at better places for this price. Will not return!

As a Floridian that KEY LIME PIE is a travesty. Key Limes are Limes in essence but there juice is a cloudy yellow and it is 5x more acidic then a LEMON, if made correctly, the pie would be a bright yellow color. Key Lime Juice being 5x more acidic and bitter then lemon juice creates a unique eating experience that causes a pucker factor as you eat. Gilley's can buy actual KEY LIME juice to make the real version BUT they went kind of DENNY's on you by using Lime Juice in the pie instead. Lime juice is almost half the cost as Key Lime Juice so that is why many places uses LIME juice and just say its Key Lime Pie. So Gilley's RENAME that as a LIME PIE, signed EVERYONE IN FLORIDA! Shin love you as always, if you ever come to Florida you have to get a REAL KEY LIME PIE! You will see the difference. Gilley's gets a 2.7 out of 5 rating. (Burnt Buns did not help you any)

There was hair in the chicken sandwich. Middle screen under the chicken in between the lettuce. Black and curly. Yum!

Gilley's was a one and done for me. Glad I tried it but no need to return. I appreciate that the ad placement on your videos is the best I have seen. You are the only one that does not have ads popping in mid sentence. Thanks for taking the time to always present a good video.

I love the atmosphere in Gilley’s, I’d go for a casual meal! If we didn’t eat somewhere mediocre once in awhile, we wouldn’t appreciate fine dining as much 😉

I don't think any of us expected that the food would be spectacular there, but kudos to the salmon! And next time I make grits, I'm going to definitely add Hatch chiles. Thanks for another great one!

Ranch on onion rings...different. Down here in Texas, it is ketchup. And chili on nachos is a bit high school. Its beef fajitas, chicken fajitas, ground beef . That burger looks good ; but yep....they overdid the bun. That brisket sandwich is a NO ! A slap to us Texans . Cream corn is a twist. Looks good.

The brisket and salmon sound good enough to give Gilley’s a try but I do NOT like burned buns at all. Onion rings are a big no from me. An onion blossom appetizer would be better!

That food looked... meh 😕. And those burnt buns were ridiculous 😣 Treasure Island used to be one of my favorite places to eat and stay back in the day ( before it became TI). There was an AWESOME coffee shop where we got comped steak dinners. This was also before those horrible hard wood floors. I rarely step foot in this place now. Anywhoo...thanks for the great review as usual 💯

Mr. Shin quickly identified that Gilley's is using pre-made frozen food that is reheated in a oil fryer. Honestly for the money, Burger King and Popeye's Chicken looks better! $237.56 plus a $47.00 tip is a lot of money for Denny's style food. Treasure Island is great, Gilley's not so much...

I usually stay at T.I. when I come to Vegas. I've eaten at many of the restaurants at T.I., including Gilleys. Very mediocre with very high prices. And the service was average, at best. I would never go again. If you want barbeque, go to Lucille's at Green Valley ranch or the location at Red rock casino.

Prepackaged frozen onion rings resold for $16 an order. That's how you make money.

I guess Gilley’s is banking on all the fun activities vs food to keep people coming back. It’s always so disappointing when restaurants put Sysco frozen food on their menus. But the big disgrace is to then charge high prices for this stadium type food. It’s so risky to have meh food, so why chance it when there is so much competition in the same area. I look forward to your reviews. You keep them interesting. I have to say you are way to nice. I don't make fusses when I eat out, but I would have spoken up on this order. The buns where bejond burned, they where cremated. It is an embarrassment to send this to a table. Especially when you order that much food. You said the server was really nice, did you tell her about the buns? If yes, I'm shocked they did not comp you anything. You mentioned that the chicken, onion rings etc where prepackaged. You could tell. Looked like caffeteria food. Or from a fast food joint, and not even a good one. The only thing that looked good was the fish. It looked like what a dish from a restaurant should look like. And that dessert was a sorry thing to look at. For once I'm not jealous of wanting any of your leftover. Hope you have a better experience next time.
