Man, I miss bake and eggs for breakfast... also, the bbq paka and bass stewed in cassava sauce were two of my favorite meals we had while we were in Suriname. This video had me drooling.... guess it's time to go back!!

Padu? (is that the name used?) looks like one of the plants known elsewhere as Ice Cream Bean (genus Inga). If so I'm trying to grow a couple species, and might get to try it myself in another...5 years....
