that is awesome man! I'm glad it worked out for you! the large felling dogs & skid plate come with the pro. I'm pretty sure the 3/4 wrap handle does too. When you have time, pressure test the crankcase and check the brass nipple for the impulse line right were it goes into the case. It will most likely be leaking right there. At least it does on the newer crankcases. Good luck & saw safe!

I saw that exact one on e-bay, but decided to bid on a blue G372xp return since I've never had a Holtzfforma and wanted to compare it to my Neotec NH872 as far as 372xp clones. Fixing to put a new P&C in it right now -- piston on exhaust side looks identical to yours. Straight gas or lean tune (and maybe milling) is my guess as well -- I don't think it ran long as cross hatch on cylinder was visible through exhaust port. Thought about a big bore, but ended up with a cheap 50mm nikasil kit which looks stunningly good for $34 :). Hope it works as good as it looks and I don't have any other parts to replace.

I bought a few vehicles om E bay not very good deals. I bought a 68 CC Lombard that was a great deal. We just posted a video of a C91 that has a problem i cant figure out?

Under $200 definitely worth it. That’s my favorite saw in 50mm trim. They come with the skid plates and dogs now yes. I pay $450 with 24” bar and chain when I get the 4 pack strait from FT. Does it have the FT branded walboro carb ? Also does the fried piston have MP inside ??
