Echo was NOT a badly made series. In fact, it was pretty good in that sense. Only problem is, nothing significant really happened. All it did was tie into a show that may or may not happen.

For some people, myself included considering Marvel's reputation now and their long string if failures it will take a lot more than an "okayish" show to rekindle trust in Marvel. If they continue to release decent to actually watchable content then i might consider forgiving Marvel but for the time I'm done with Marvel.
