We are becoming too obsessed with the incoming crisis. In the right sense, the market never crashes. It just undergoes cycles, and almost always recovers. So I really don't care what the predictions are. I just want to grow my $480k portfolio. I read that people are pulling in massive profits despite the downturn. Any tips on how they do it?

There is always a market recovery. Investing through an advisor who understands the market, however, is simpler and yields higher returns. I started working with my CFP with less than $100,000, and as of right now, I'm just $17,000 short of having a half a million dollar portfolio.

The effects of the U.S. dollar's increase or fall on investments, in my opinion, are complex, but it has never been simpler to learn how to build your money than it is right now, when you may discover and experience a genuinely broad market passively by working with a successful Financial Consultant. Under her tutelage, I diversified my $400K portfolio across multiple markets and have been able to generate over $900k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds in few months.

Very informative discussion between David Hay and Peter Schiff. Both are completely correct in backing any currency with gold as this transfers wealth to people of any given currency instead of the government robber - inflation. Their real currency is information as it is mine.

How long can "the Fed" (whether this refers to the U.S. Treasury or the Federal Reserve, or both) keep the entire economy propped up via money creation? Can this go on a very long time? How long or how depends? Why ?

It will go on until it can't. Like, how much weight will break the camel's back? You don't know until it happens. But by the law of math and reality, financial alchemy must implode at some point. Because there's hyperinflation at the end of the line if they can't get it in control. But the government is so heavily indebted and insolvent, I don't know what other end there is. And they have no choice but to print money now. Once you print off bonds and fiat, by default, you have to keep doing it. It's all a confidence game now. Someday, the world at large will finally catch onto the government's dollar games and then the show is over. But I think the government will trigger nuclear war before they let the dollar just die the death of a hyperinflated currency.

I think , they (the "big money" or "market makers"), have been pumping up the markets lately to specifically take out people shorting the markets (since that is the more profitable thing to do since there are so many doing it), then when there are not so many people shorting, they will "pull the rug" on the bulls , but I think only after it goes sideways for awhile to sell at the exit at the highest prices while also then placing short positions? I would be interested to see any reports that show what the "big money " is doing, is there such and can it be trusted? Why?

It depends on how long other countries are willing to keep using USD as a reserve currency. The U.S. is spreading its inflation out to the wider world. If this stops and all the inflation is concentrated within US borders, it will be a big problem.

@@Mike37551 i think the US gov. then would set price controls inside the USA, at least, and I guess we will have to start making things in this country again and stop depending on imports

When people refer to "the Fed buying stocks", are they meaning the U.S. Treasury or do they mean the Federal Reserve? Is there some participation or cooperation at least by the U.S. Treasury with the the Federal Reserve in this? If so, how? Does the U.S. Treasury participate in increasing the valuations of the stock market via either direct purchases or indirectly via providing "liquidity" to banks, investment firms & corporations in order for them to "pump up" stock prices? If so, how & why?

1. Both do, what they mean is not relevant. 2. The US Treasury commandeered the private corporation, this question is moot. A better question, are the Rothschilds now bankrupt? 3. Both, Absolutely. Because it would have crashed after 2008. The system would have died, now it IS dying anyway, but you will see Europe die first.
