For club players as myself, he problem is to know to which side to turn during a rally. Usually one realizes the side the ball is going to, then run to meet the ball and the final move is to set up the stroke.

You have another video about "adjust your swing to the incoming ball" in the your website. It says "Use long swing when the opponent’s shots are short and slow. Use short swings when the balls are coming fast and deep." I am a little confused about the meaning of long swing or short swing. I am wondering if the preparation for the coming ball with the long swing or short swing is different. Do you mean long swing or short swing mean long backswing or short back swing at the preparation stage before the coming ball bounces? Now I am trying to shorten my backswing at the preparation if the ball coming fast, but have the same follow through or swing loop after hitting the ball. Do you mean that we should have a short backswing while preparation and also shorten the follow through swing or swing loop after hitting the ball? I am so confused.
