EFE Rail Booster Electric Locomotives Bonanza!

Seen here are four of the five versions available of the SR Booster locomotives all retrofitted with DCC Sound supplied by DC-Kits/Legomanbiffo.
A small sugarcube speaker has been added to the factory fitted iPhone speaker supplied which can easily be installed beneath the printed circuit board in the void where the bogies are placed.
I must say I am very impressed with these locomotives, they were announced in late October, early November and here we all are with them on our layouts in early January.
No big fanfare, no big announcement followed by months or even years in development and waiting for their release.
Well done EFE/Bachmann, other manufacturers please take note..

Cool, do not think I have seen all four of the Boosters in one place before. The sound chip really makes these models something great!

Hello Peter Fingers crossed that EFE might model 20003 too, a little re-tooling will be needed because the front-ends of this loco looked more like the front of a 4-sub
